This is now the third time in a row that I've been charged hidden or unauthorized fees on my bill…read more What made this even more concerning is that they didn't provide me with an itemized breakdown of my bill. It was only after I asked to see the receipt and questioned the total that I discovered they had added extra charges. Every time I've confronted them, they've refunded the money--but only after I caught it myself. The most recent visit was the worst. We were a party of two, yet they automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill without making it clear. Then, on top of that, they asked me to leave the tip in cash, without mentioning that a 20% tip had already been added. That's extremely misleading. As for the food, it's very basic and nothing worth going out of your way for. At this point, after three separate incidents, it's hard to believe these are just mistakes. I strongly recommend everyone ask for an itemized bill and review it carefully before paying. Based on my repeated experiences, I would avoid this business altogether.
