I dropped off two prom dresses to be cleaned and they did a great job. It only took a few days and they were thorough.

Dont go! I had an $10 off of $35 dollar coupon I found online, the associate did everything in her power not to honor the coupon! My total bill was 54 dollars but they spit my bill into two separate bills separating dry cleaning and laundry cleaning so they didn't have to honor the coupo! What a scam! That will be the absolute last time I ever go there and I hope I persuade others not to as well! Shame on You Carriage Hill! read more

They do a great job on dry cleaning and pressing and they accommodate last-minute requests for pressing. I took a wrinkled suit and dress in there around 11:00am and asked if they could press it for me by 1pm and they gladly accommodated my request. The girl at the counter always remembers me and fills out my ticket before I'm even through the front door. On a not-so-good-note, I took a few rugs there to be dry cleaned but they didn't come out as clean as I had hoped. I will probably take the rugs to Quality Cleaners on Hills N Dales. read more

Look - they did a good job on my dry cleaning, and even did some minor repairs (a dress strap was tearing out of the rest of the dress and a button was falling off). My clothes were certainly clean and ready on time. However, the prices are pretty high - for two dresses, a pair of pants, and those repairs, I paid well over $30. Maybe I'm just spoiled by other places I've gone in the past, but I'm going to keep looking for a cheaper dry cleaner in the area. read more

I took a silk dress there to be pressed and due to a miscommunication, didn't realize they couldn't do that while I waited on a Saturday afternoon. After hearing we needed the dress for my daughter's rehearsal dinner that evening, the owner offered to turn on the steamer and get it pressed while I waited. Upon hearing both my daughters got married within 6 weeks of each other, he wouldn't let me pay for it! He said I was already spending enough money for two weddings in 1 summer. What a nice guy! I just dropped off both wedding gowns for cleaning and preservation. After meeting him and seeing the level of service he provides, I feel comfortable having him do that. read more
