The curtains looked better when I dropped them off! After getting them home and taking off the plastic, we wondered if they even cleaned them because they were wrinkled. We soon discovered that they did something to them because they were now 2 inches shorter!! When I called to inform them, although the employee was understanding, the owner could care less! I was reassured that the owner would call me twice over a three week period. On my third visit to the establishment to f/u, I was told by an embarrassed and humiliated clerk that the owner was not taking responsibility for the ruined coat. He had been shown the damaged garment. His response per the clerk was that I had brought it in that way which is ridiculous. The clerk remembered the suit coat and that it didn't have the bleach stain when I handed it over to be cleaned. Shamefully poor ethics to not remedy your mistake and then to throw your employees out there to do your dirty work. We used this place due to the convenient location, not because we were ever that happy with the results. After this, we are done now.

I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. They have yet to mess up a single order to date. Not a lot else to say about a dry cleaning service, about as good as it gets.
