Their motto should be "give us your money and we will do nothing". They rented me an apartment in poor condition, not well cleaned, dirty floors, shelves, and windows, with termite holes all over the walls, broken blinds and rotting shutters. They promised to fix the blinds but by the time I moved out a year later they still had not. They withheld my entire deposit, claiming $650 to patch the 10 or so picture holes I had left in the walls (a 5 minute job for a carpenter). Would not use. read more
