The staff is very caring and sympathetic with both the resident and their family member(s). They keep in touch and family members are able to step along side the staff and assist their family member to make them feel they are at "home". The staff is very caring, patient, understanding and loving which makes the transition from home care to assisted living easier to deal with. Horrible security- let in unauthorized people several times…read more Left a stage five dementia patient outside unattended. Had the wrong name on medication bottles and administered at the wrong times. Went against Family, POA and doctors wishes regarding health and safety. Then lied about it. More than 50 violations in three months. Management is manipulative and vindictive and rude. There are a couple staffers there that are extremely kind, but they don't work nearly enough. Having an RN there only three days out of seven is a little scary.

My…read moregrandma lived at Odd Fellows in long term care for over five years, and someone from my family was there to see her and spend time with her every day. The staff got to know not only her, but our whole family in general, and took excellent care of my grandma. No nursing home is perfect, but whenever there was a concern raised staff addressed it promptly. It is difficult to trust others with your loved ones, but I have peace knowing that my grandma was loved by the staff here, and got very good care. I would put someone else I love here and highly recommend the Odd Fellow Home to others, especially for long-term care.

Move them in, the whole story changes. They all turned into schoolyard bullies. Horrible place! You can't sue these places unfortunately or I would. Lawyers won't touch them or doctors. A$$holes.

I would not want any of my loved ones to live at Moraine Ridge. One time while staying overnight…read morewith my mother we waited nearly an hour for someone to answer her call bell. When they did, four staff members arrived together. I had the contact information for the owner and had reached out many times which didn't make a difference. Family and residence complaints/issues are mostly brushed off with a "I'll look into it" which they failed to do. The state had been contacted numerous times also. There are far better places in the Green Bay area and I would encourage folks to look elsewhere. I would rate them as a zero on a scale from zero to ten. With all of the competition out there one would think that Moraine Ridge management and owners would want to do whatever they can to attract and keep residence. Their posting on Facebook is misleading! They don't allow for any comments on their Facebook post either. Would have to admit that there were some staff members that really cared about the residence. However the staff turnover at that time was very high. This includes the kitchen staff and activities staff.

They are understaffed in almost every department and it seems as management doesn't care. State has been called on the facility multiple times for various violations, but nothing is ever fixed. Management is very unprefessional they discuss employee information with other employees. When issues are brought to their attention people high up in management brush it off.
