So said screw it I looked at it and set up my arrival time and check in online . Set for 7pm but auto system asked me to to arrive 10 min prior to 7. I'd say I arrived by 6:52pm. Place had lovely decorum and was spotless . Front desk lady asked me to sign in on some tablet sort of thing which I was annoyed by because I'm a total Germaphobe & I had filled out the forms online . But she was so kind and apologized for the inconvenience so sweetly and with offers of hand sanitizer that it made me feel much better so I clicked it and it asked if I was me or someone else (the only other person that had scheduled prior to showing up as a walk in ) so of course I picked me . Lol and that was basically all that I had to do . They took copies of my insurance card and I'd and after that I was whisked away . These ladies were so on point,prompt , and so kind and professional that they almost made being sick a joyful experience. So weird . I was completely finished and out the door with all that I needed in hand by 7:45pm ! With the necessary labs completed and everything! Full service! I could not believe it . The PA had recommendations for the best pharmacy that was open till midnight so I could get my RX filled before the night was over . I'd asked prior to departure why all the other reviews were so bad and the young lady explained that they had undergone a full restaff and that they had all only been there for about 2 months . I was so grateful to have had this experience so I had to leave a review . These ladies made all women look good . Couldnt have even hoped to have had a better experience at urgent care . After over an hour sitting in the back and going through all these tests. They FINALLY look in my ears and confirm I have ear infections. GEE THAT WAS HARD?! Prescribe antibiotics and I am on my way. Over a year later Nov 2025 - I get a bill from them for $200+ for all the unnecessary tests they performed. Wild and I feel completely scammed. Would not recommend

Gave me a choice of two meds which I also really appreciated. Basically robbed me of $100, gave me medicine that any smart Dr knows I can't have with my existing issues, and told me to take Tylenol for pneumonia. We had to advocate for pain medication he waited hours without being offered anything until I could track down a nurse who responded "well you know he will be numbed" well yes, but right now he fell down a flight of stairs is bruised head to toe and has a bleeding wound so can he have some tylenol? Multiple pediatricians were shocked and appalled that he was not given something to relax him for a laceration repair so close to his eye. The hospital did an "investigation" when I complained but blew it off and did not address my concern that he was not given something to relax him. What a joke find a pediatric ER for your kids.

I walked into this establishment and was met by a lovely bubbly receptionist that helped me prepare for my first time visit. I stepped on a nail and it was embedded in my foot. After I signed all the paperwork I was greeted by a very charming and pleasant Assistant who took my blood pressure and weight. Soon following the Doctor entered and explained (in layman's terms) exactly what he was going to do for my injury. He really made me feel comfortable. Im always anxious when I visit medical facilities. He removed the nail quick and swiftly. I am a self pay patient (no insurance) and the cost was reasonable.
