Walked in at 8:15pm (15 minutes until closing) on a Monday night and received great care! I was the only one in the place, so I was taken right back. The nurse was so kind and took great care in making sure my hip and pelvic radiographs were clear images. The PA was also awesome and so easy to talk to. Gave me a choice of two meds which I also really appreciated. Now, if I could give the fall off my horse a review, it would only get 2 stars-- perhaps higher than expected but gotta save the 1 and 0 stars for the broken bones and head wounds to come lol! got to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They gave me medicine that would make my blood pressure spike, which incidentally is why I'm taking blood pressure. Diagnosed me wrong and wasn't no where close to what I actually had. I had to go to another doctor to find out what I actually had. Basically robbed me of $100, gave me medicine that any smart Dr knows I can't have with my existing issues, and told me to take Tylenol for pneumonia. My recommendation is, stay away from this place unless you want to maybe die. I gave one star because there isn't any thing lower! read more

waited for two hours even though I was the only one there and had a lady who could barley speak English check me out, she said it was strep and a rock could tell it wasn't I'm completely convinced she was only hired to fill a diversity slot WORST PLACE EVER! care quality sucked. read more

I would never go to this location again the front desk attendant is horrible abrasive rude. We went there because that's where we had to go because my husband had a work injury. Well, she did not want to except what I said she just kept saying we must be at the wrong location they didn't do x-rays. I asked her for the address to make sure we were at the correct place and she would not give it to me. She just kept saying they don't do x-rays and giving me the name of other facilities when someone else finally stepped in because of how horrible she was acting and attitude she had we correct place, amazingly her attitude then somewhat changed . I don't understand how she has a job helping the public when she does not seem to want to do anything but sit behind the desk and play on her phone. read more

Even though it isnt busy, the wait is horrible. They take you in the back and have you sit in the room before anyone comes in for an hour to talk to you. Nothing is urgent about this place. Doctors and staff walks circles in the hallway. Find another urgent care. read more

I made my appointment online. Process was easy and the nurse practitioner was very thorough. She took the time to review my medications and make an assessment. Everyone in the office was nice and the office was clean. Remember to take your own mask as they are required. There is a restroom in the waiting room as well as an air filter and hand sanitizer. read more

The staff was very friendly and I was there when they opened, so no wait. I did, however have to wait for about 20 minutes to see the NP, even though I was the only one there. Thats fine, I always expect to wait. The issue is that there was no follow up. I was treated for strep throat and given medication for strep throat. When my labs came back, I saw that I did not have strep throat, I had two different bacteria and the antibiotic prescribed did not treat either, which explains my lingering symptoms. It has been 10 days and I finally contacted my PCP for help and sent her the lab results that labcorp (NOT UNI) sent me. The least this place could do is have the courtesy to call and say "the meds we gave you don't work for what you have, follow up with your PCP". But nothing. If I didn't know something was still wrong, I would continue to be untreated. That is BAD medical care. read more

Horrible! Even 1 star is being generous. They are an urgent care and PCP. I was just going to establish a new pcp. After an hour I asked if this was typical. They made a mistake when I made the appt month ago and didn't put me down that way so I would have to wait at least another hour or more. I left. 2+ hours to see your primary!?! Horrible and unprofessional person at the front desk, very rude. Went there for a respiratory infection, I am coughing up phlegm and blowing phlegm out of my mouth, my face and neck are swollen from the infection. Was told by the doctor there that I had no symptoms. They sent a prescription to Safeway for over-the-counter cough medicine. Would not give me medicine for respiratory infection. Went to another urgent care down the street, they told me that I had a very bad respiratory infection. They provided me with anabiotic and a steroid inhaler. Don't waste your time with the rude staff and a doctor that told me I had no symptoms for a respiratory infection when in fact, I had all the symptoms. The urgent care that I ended up going to said they haven't heard nothing but bad things about this place, to pass the word on to your friends and family. They do not call people in order of appointments. You'll get in when they feel like calling you back. Patient care is the least of their concerns. read more

the only good thing about this place was the nice receptionist. i stopped in to sign in on my lunch break and after i went back to work because it was over an hour until i was seen. when i came back i went in for a rapid covid test (15 min test), i sat there for 50 mins waiting for results and it came back negative (thankfully) however, that doesn't explain my symptoms. the dr said i have an upper respiratory infection and discharged me before i even gave the front desk the paperwork they gave me to fill out. they sent the script to the wrong pharmacy so i had to have the doctor change it, and i was told to go back to work because i didn't have a fever. they didn't ask me all the questions they filled in information for, and also for those who care, the called me by the wrong pronouns so ya know.. after i left i went back to work and felt awful the rest of my shift. my manager asked where to go to get a covid test and i said not here. read more

I'd give it a zero, if I could. My daughter went in for a pre-work physical. Being honest, she said she was in recovery. The physician's assistant said she needed to talk with her boss and left. Talk about what? Put down on the form that she was in treatment -- clearly ignorant about the difference between in treatment (in a facility) and in recovery. She refused to sign the form because of this without a note from her sober house's manager (since when is she a doctor?!). This PA treated my daughter badly, with ignorance, and stigma. Why would anyone be honest? After driving my daughter home, I went back to talk with them--and to get a refund of my $75. There was no manager on duty, they refused to let me speak to the PA, but had me talk to the front desk person. She (rightly) would not talk specifics of the case because of HIPAA, OK. I explained the ignorance and disrespected shown by the PA. I was told the manager would call me. Still waiting, four days later, and no refund yet. My bank says I have to wait 30 days to contest the charge. It's in my calendar. I will. Why would anyone be honest? Ignorant. Shouldn't be practicing. read more
