They used a totally different white, they didn't connect wires back , blown taillight on a "new" taillight, they damaged my headliner also. They could care less about you or your car. I've done proper maintenance as prescribed by Toyota and put new brakes and tires on it throughout the years as needed...Once. The car was also stored in my garage for almost 3 years while I was on assignment in NYC. She's been running fine but a little rough from time to time and the brakes were definitely ready for change 2. I took her to Gene at Talon and explained what I wanted to do; basically give her a 150000 mile check up. He dealt with me honestly, fairly and right up front with his assessment of her ''health.'' I got an immediate appointment, a very fair price and a reassurance that this is indeed a great car in very good condition that I'd be safe to drive cross-country if I wanted to! That's all I need. It wasn't major, and didn't want the claim on my insurance. The estimate was a third of what another body shop not far from A-1 had quoted. Jim had my vehicle for two days, compared to the eight days required by said nearby competitor. Jim was personable, explained what he'd be doing to fix the issue, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Apprehensive at first, because as a consumer, in my mind, I assumed the work would be subpar at that price. But Jim was honest about the work, and the reason it would cost more at other body shops (When you go to him for a repair not covered by insurance, he'll tell you why). The finished work was beautiful....and on time, as promised!. No hidden costs or unexpected delays. My summation: Jim is an honest, professional, and personable businessman. Jim stopped what he was doing to come out and talk to us and look at the car. The "extra" piece of car we brought with us (thinking it fell off at the accident scene) he told us was not from our car. The hood that I could not open, he opened, adjusted and said it was just fine (another shop said it "could" cost $700 to fix the hood) After spending 15 minutes with us Jim told us not to worry about the basic plastic (we could try to snap it in or just take it off) and that the car was just fine to drive.
