I called and told them these issues and I was told they can't do anything about it. Last week (1yr and a half later) my head gasket blew off out of nowhere. I get my car serviced every other month so that tells me they sold me a piece of sh+t car. These ppl promised to help me of anything went wrong with the car or at least give me a good deal and was all a lie to get me to sign the papers. The most recent was a complete mis-diagnosis of a check engine light issue, where they wanted to charge me $2,400 for repairs that as it turns out would not have even addressed the main issue. The smallest of which is recommended replacement of a perfectly good battery for $448.20 before they could even fully diagnose the issue. The only valid charge would have been for a coolant flush. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update and ended up taking 3 days to get a bad result. They either did not know what they were doing or were consciously trying to overcharge me. An independent repair shop diagnosed the issue correctly and saved me considerable $$.
