We looked at the old one and how it connected to the small circuit board (used to control charge rate) and he told me that he could tack weld two short strips onto each pole of the new battery so that I could easily solder to them again. I'm an electronics guy so I do have the proper ultra-high temp soldering pen (750 degrees and variable) to do this job correctly. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When he came back, he admitted he could not find any posting, but still claimed it was company policy and refused to service my vehicle. Despite explaining again that the truck is standard height, the manager on duty still refused to accept it for a simple tire rotation. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff member was rude and unable to explain or show the policy he kept referencing. Overall, it seemed like they simply did not want to do the work. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

The service advisor said "oh that will go away when you start driving." Yeah... it didn't. So we went back a couple weeks later (we'd been out of town) and asked them to rotate the tires how we wanted them, and they threw in balancing for free. The service manager, John, was very accommodating.

After spending nearly $5,000 with this service department, the original issue still isn't fixed. The explanation we received afterward was essentially "no clue." We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.

The amplifier…read moreinstallation took over seven hours and cost $600, yet the workmanship appeared rushed and unprofessional. The amp was secured with only a single screw directly into the carpet, which does not properly hold it in place or allow for adequate airflow. The wiring quality was also poor. Cheap butt connectors were used to connect the stereo wiring to the head unit, and one of the rear driver-side wires was simply cut and left unconnected. After informing the installer that the amp was producing noise and did not sound right, instead of addressing the issue, they suggested additional work and attempted to sell me on installing a subwoofer. Additionally, they were unable to connect the wiring needed for my backup camera to function, and they did not reposition the USB cable for easier access, despite it only needing to be moved a few inches. Overall, I expected much higher quality work and better attention to detail for the amount charged.
