This guy Michael Williams said he works with military families all the time in different states with evictions. I have a house in Virginia that i rent out and live in Washington state. After checking the contract he sent me it had misspelling errors and the address was wrong. I ask for correction and never received. After a week something was off so i then i notice the different company names in the emails. I searched the original company Agency Holdings WY LLC that was sent to me but then i got two other companies. Then i found noticed a YouTube page and the other victims of his scam. The guy has scammed a number of people once i looked under the one company name. I declined to signed the document earlier which was a good thing. So I asked for a refund after a week of waiting on a contract now he claims no refunds is his policy. Well it's not listed on his website or the invoice. Once i check the website and the invoices have different addresses as well. This man has scammed people in numerous states Texas, Washington, Philadelphia, Virginia and so many more. Eviction services, llc was his first company he used to scam under. His new company is Big Sky Eviction Services llc in addition to Agency Holding WY llc. He was very responsive for the first month after the full amount was paid for their services. I have not been able to reach him by phone, or email. No response whatsoever. I left messages both via email and phone, nothing. He stole our money. I would not use this company. Because this requires us to leave a star is the only reason why one is there.
