My husband purchased memberships for both of our cars since the company has been in Carrollton. The service started off great but has experienced challenges with maintaining good staff. Deja came on board and the service was great again. To our surprise she left and the service struggled yet again. My husband cancelled his membership but I remain out of convenience. The first time I tried to go here was horrible, 3 years later I tried again. I walked in and there was no one at the counter and no one in the building, a man was sitting in the waiting area and said "good luck, it took me a really long time for anyone to come up here" finally a young guy came in and asked very rudely what wash I wanted and I asked if they shampooed seats and he said "yeah like we do but like no ones here right now who like knows how to do that so you're going to have to make an appointment or something" and I said "okay do I call or do it online?" He replied, "call I think" and I said "okay, what number?" And he said "I don't know honestly haha" Needless to say, this place will never be getting my business. Ever. Terrible wash. Paid $40.00 for a full was and im cleaning the inside myself. The scent was gawd awful!! I walked back in and gave an extra tip, before entering the car, big mistake!! I was initially very impressed with this business, but today's visit sealed their fate with me. The owner encouraged me to purchase the bronze membership and then just purchase additional services as I wanted them. Great idea, but it's never been that easy. Each time the workers tell me that it can't be done or make it whatever price they think is reasonable. Today, I was once again told that I couldn't do it (by a teenager). After major persuasion on my part, he went and asked someone and they said it could be done and have me the price. When my car came out of the bay, the same teenager I initially dealt with just walked around my car with a towel in his hand. He touched my car a few times, but had to stop often to do something on his phone. Cup holders in my car were never touched. Just a suggestion - if you want to stay in business, you might not want to leave teenagers in charge. read more

I will not be back and recommend to stay away from this place! Autobell is cheaper and the tip is not included in the price. Recent experience: I went to go pay for the gold car wash and the price showed a different amount when you get inside. I talked to the owner and he told me to "go away." Apparently, the difference is that they charge for tip automatically. I understand including a tip, but make it obvious to the buyer. Without knowing that, I paid a $10.00 tip because these kids are busting their butts in heat advisory weather. The owner is just rude! How can you be a business owner and treat your customers this way. I live here in Carrollton and I will definitely post other reviews so people know how this business is not customer service driven. read more

The workers there were very welcoming and helped me decide what I needed done to clean my car. They were fast and came to get me when my car was done. The Carrollton Carwash no longer takes cash. I am not putting a $5 carwash on a card. That is silly and cost prohibitive. Also, it means you have to get out of your car and walk all the way in to transact $5 or risk giving a young kid your card that leaves your sight while remaining in your car. Slow service for the money you pay and windows are done poorly. Outside of that the staff is pretty cool.

Terribly managed, run by kids. Dropped my car off as I have every time. The guy told me 45 min. Came back an hour later and the place was locked, lights off, no one in sight. They had left my car unlocked in the parking lot with my keys in it. Very irresponsible behavior- anyone could have taken my vehicle. Will never use them again. read more

Not worth stopping. My husband bought me car washes for my birthday, and was told to keep the receipt. So when I went to use, I was told that it was no good- Even by the manager. Miraculously the gift card worked, how many people have they tried that bate and switch with????? They are not cheap either! My suggestion to you is, just keep driving-or wash it yourself! read more

I've given them 3 chances. For $35 I don't expect perfection, but at least wipe off the dirt and dont put mats back in the car dirtier than you got them out because they were laid in the grass. I usually "clean out" my car before bringing it so they can focus on wiping it down inside and out. Expect spray residue, doors not cleaned, and an overall half-ass interior cleaning. read more

This most recent trip to Carrollton Carwash was as disappointing as they come. The immediate sense when you arrive is that no one is in charge. The look on the young man's face when he took my keys was at best annoyed. Inside it just got worse. First off, no one was manning the cash register. No one. All of the amenities and attention to detail which made this business a pleasurable experience have vanished. What's left is an empty shell with zero customer service and zero quality. I paid for a Gold Wash ($35). This was a complete waste of money. What used to take time to provide a quality wash and cleaning of the interior has disappeared. This place needs to be closed, an experienced manager with an attention to detail needs hired, and all employees need trained to place quality/customer service as priority 1. Have visited the car wash 3 times. Each time the service got worse. Plain and simple, it's a car wash that doesn't get your car clean. I bought a silver package wash and noticed they missed dirt EVERYWHERE! Ask for a re-wash or a refund and what I got was attitude and no apology. I will never return. Awful experience. read more

Great set of kids working here but this place could use some adult supervision.. The business is an obvious tax write off because the quality just isn't there. We have given this establishment multiple chances despite many issues with subpar washes with cloudy windshields, but have decided not to return in the future. The last time we came here they gave the key to my car to another customer. Today we are using the gift card they gave us as an apology to get to my husband's car washed. We were quoted 30 to 35 minutes. At 45 minutes the car had not yet entered the wash. The only thing they could do was offer a free exterior wash and a "sorry I can't make you happy". If we hadn't spoken up it likely would have taken an hour and a half for subpar, streaky results. read more

If I could rate this facility with less than one star, I would. The manager, MYRIAH KEARNS, is as unprofessional as they come. A quick google search of her, her peers, and the rest of the staff, will prove the above to be an understatement. I was recently in to have their $34.99 detail. For starters, the rear of my vehicle was not vacuumed. Secondly, as I watched from the Dunkin' Donuts across the street, the trashy manager, left her e-cigarette/marijuana-vaping device in the backseat of my vehicle, where my children sit. The icing on the cake was when I entered my vehicle after having to come back to have it vacuumed. One of my vents was broken. A young employee named Jeff, verified it was, in fact, broken, and flagged down the manager, Myriah, who decided before speaking to me, that she was not going to work with me to fix the problem at all. Myriah hastily approached me, giving me an attitude the entire time I explained what occurred. She was off put by true professionalism and even hesitated to give me her name because she knew she was in the wrong. I asked for the name of the owners' designated repair shop, so I could take my vehicle there for the easy repair. She refused to give me the name of the shop (or the owners, whom I have since found, and will be paying a visit shortly). She entered my vehicle, reeking of smoke, to take pictures. However in order to see the problem with the broken vent, a very brightly lit video, as well as light handling, would have to be done (something the repair shop would have to do). Myriah sent me an email later from the store's email address, stating that after viewing the onsite security footage, no problem with my vehicle could be found and stated that employees are not supposed to touch vents when doing vehicle interior, so it would be impossible for the facility to have caused the problem. Hello, idiot, you're not supposed to be smoking in persons' cars, but that happened. I'm sure the rules also state that employees are to refrain from breaking the property of others, however, if you knew anything about running a car wash, you would know why a car wash pays for insurance. I made a comment about the problem on the car wash Facebook page, but since she is in control of the social media page, the comment was deleted and I was blocked from commenting. If the company was not in the wrong, why would they need to cover up the fact that my vehicle was broken on their premises? Note there is no phone number listed anywhere to get in touch with anyone to resolve customer issues. There is no public rating system on their Facebook page, or anywhere for the public to initiate a post. Businesses who are confident and honest in their service, will have these items available to the public. The public should not have to pull up tax records to locate owners and proprietors. I just want the truth. All I know is I went to this car wash for a $35 carwash and now have over $200 worth of damage to my car. The manager stated they video tape every car going in and coming out. Very simple to watch video to prove it was or was not done by his car wash. They are not showing us the video though. Will never go back. Very disappointed. read more

This place is awesome! Such nice people! I needed my car cleaned inside very thoroughly after I ordered takeout for me and my family from Tokyo Thai and they didn't seal the soup properly. Hot soup broke the paper bag open and everything spilled all over my brand new car and my daughter's lap because they didn't seal the soup properly. $80 worth of food spilled all over my car and my daughter who was in the passenger seat. The owner of Tokyo Thai blamed us left and right and I was lucky to even get a refund. The inside of my brand new car was a huge mess and reeked of fish! I drove straight to Carrollton Car Wash near the Food Lion on Carrollton Boulevard. Carrollton Car Wash was very sympathetic and promised to take extra good care of my car. Now it's as good as new! I'm giving up on this place. I've been using Carrollton car wash monthly for my company car because it's one of the only places around and I love to support local businesses. I think after all the gold washes I've paid for, I'm done. First off, the service is incredibly slow. I always bring work with me to do inside, but it's still exceptionally slow. Second, I always have issues. I don't complain often, but there is routinely something not cleaned. Sap on the exterior of the car, seats not wiped down. Something! And after I pay $34.99 + a respectable tip, this seems totally absurd. Last time, a girl left her phone in my car under the seat. It is still unknown why she was messing around on her phone while she was supposed to be cleaning my car. ‍ nonetheless, when I got to my car an hour or two later, there was a phone ringing under my seat. I answered it and there was a frantic teenage girl asking me to drive back to the car wash to return her phone. Yet again, not entirely sure how it is my responsibility to return her cell phone to her. I did email management to make them aware, as I am very busy and don't have time for extra trips to Carrollton to return phones. Phones should not be out at work - they should be left in a car. Management said sorry, but sadly, after all this time and a true effort to support local businesses, I think I'm done with CCW. I wish them the best, but I can't justify $40+/month for slow, unprofessional, and lackluster performance. read more

I had my car washed this morning. Paid $34.99 plus $5.00 tip. I noticed this evening the large spot of dried bird poop wasn't cleaned off the windshield. Didn't notice earlier because visor was down covering it. When I tried to call, the number on my receipt didn't work. I won't be going back and won't be recommending.
