I paid $195 for interior cleanse and full shampoo. When I saw vacuum and detailed, that's what my car needed the most. After an hour, he did the most disappointing job wasting my time and money. I waited to go to work today because I thought this was going to be worth it. I'm Speechless right now knowing I could done the same job and I paid almost 200 for it. After dodging the rain clouds over the past weekend, I finally managed to have my vehicle detailed by this company. A year to the date, sadly. My vehicle was in desperate need of a good wax from the recent snow, sand, and salt from the NoVa fiasco, to the last three snowfalls in Tidewater. It's good seeing a shine on her paint job (again). Demarcus did a great job with the main areas of concern-- wash, major wax, and giving the inside a quick once over. I also tried to do my part and clear out the inside to make his job easier. !!!!employees stole my credit card info and the owner did nothing about it!!!! Very shady and untrustworthy. Watch out when you pay for services. The employees insisted on typing my credit card number in their phone for their "invoice" after first telling me that I would pay it on my own through a text invoice. They used my card later that day at multiple local stores, with over 700$ In fraudulent charges. I notified the owner of the situation and he assured me that he "would be doing something about this" and that "he will definitely be getting back to me". That was over 2 weeks ago and I never heard back. This man does not care about anything but his business. I never received a follow up and was still charged the full price ($195). Watch out for the scammers! Never give them your credit card number. read more

I'm only posting this review so people aware to communicate clearly what you want to get done and even then make sure to clearly state what is getting done whenever person arrives. My son's friend vomited all over back seat of my new black interior Pacifica (sea sick from a nice ride my guess), which was promptly cleaned out by my husband (not kid's parents...whatever). So now my van needed shampoo since I'm a "sympathy puker" and I can smell that mess from a mile. I searched Yelp and found these guys with 5* reviews and requested a quote. Response was quick and I scheduled since I was out of state for medical appointment and I could drive my van again upon return in a nice clean vehicle. Unfortunately, instead, I got exterior clear coat with vacuumed floors for $250 with an EXTRA $80 to shampoo my leather (?) seats. My husband even texted me if i wanted to get that done, which I was confused about since it was suppose to be interior shampoo. I told him not to do that and it was included but husband has ADHD or selective hearing and told the guy to proceed. Fast forward...I returned from appointment, two days later, to find puke stains still in the van and I still smell it (my nose is ridiculous so as my ability to find anything my kids hiding from me). I messaged the owner and he accepted it was their mistake and offered to refund $80. I don't care about refund...I can't drive my van...it would cost a lot more to take this van to shampoo elsewhere as well as the time I don't have - full time job and autistic adult son etc so time is not on my side. I'll find a way to get husband to shampoo floors himself butt $330 I have shiny driveway decoration and nothing to taxi kids around in. Lesson learned and triple check what you are asking for. This company is hands down the best detailing company we've used. We have them on a monthly schedule to come out a take care of our 3 vehicles. As a mom of two toddlers, you can imagine what they come to find on a monthly basis, but by the time they leave our cars are looking brand new.
