Walks-Ins are welcome as said online and on their sign. When I arrived they only had 2 people on staff and had 8 people waiting/in progress. I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi if I didn't have an appointment or if I should come back another time. I was told they had time and to sign in. A third employee came and took back one additional person just to ask if she had chosen a color. He then sat on his phone for the remaining time I was there, possibly taking a well deserved break however it was misleading why he was sitting there and almost helping clients. I waited 50 minutes. No one spoke to me. They were sitting guests at chairs and turning water on for pedicures but leaving them to sit for 20-30 minutes but not working on theI left. Will not return.
