Ashley is personable, fun, and never makes you feel weird (even when you are standing there with nothing on!) She makes the experience easy and is very professional. she customizes your tan by applying it herself with what I can best describe as a giant airbrush. She contours your body and makes sure it is perfect, and even dries you herself. her instructions for upkeep are clear and my tan always lasts at least a week, if not more. I can not recommend Ashley highly enough, and er prices really beat out those other chains who don't have such a personal and customized experience. I actually quite liked the way the back turned out, just not the front. I chopped it all off into a pixie. I'm not mad. It's only hair and I usually end up not loving my hair cuts, which is why I don't tend to cut it often or spend money on it. I was just hoping that if I went somewhere like this I would love the results. Will I be back? Maybe, but it's not because of anything other than I hate spending money on my hair. I had been going to the Central Station location since May 2020 so it left a really bad taste when that location closed with no notice to customers and staff. Especially the week before Christmas when schedules are crazy to begin with. I moved my appointment to the Fern Creek location, hoping that this location would work out for me. Since I bought a single location pass, it can't be used at any other location. When I had my service done, the receptionist ended up having to comp one of my services since my pass wasn't transferable. Come to find out that there wasn't a plan in place for customers of Central Station to transfer the single locations to a new location. Another receptionist in a round about way told me that I shouldn't have bought a single location pass online. I bought the pass in summer 2024, with no indication that the location I preferred would be closed with no notice. I now have to go to the St. Matthews location, which is COMPLETELY out of my way. I did enjoy Kassidy, who completed my services. Quick and mostly painless and had a great energy. If you request a specific person, request her! For me - the issues with the wax passes are frustrating, the locations are inconvenient and at this point, it's a really easy decision to not renew and to no longer use European Wax Center.

My feet were left completely smooth, with all the dead skin removed, and I felt like they really took their time. The technician even pointed out how much dead skin had built up since I hadn't been in a while, and she made sure to get it all. They have a large selection of polish types, and my pedicure still looks perfect over a week later. I don't have a particular person I see--I usually end up with whoever is available--and they're always sweet, gentle, and great at what they do.
