I explained to the stylist that I didn't have an appointment. She said she had one haircut ahead of me and it would be about 20 minutes. The vibe is totally cool. The stylist even went the extra mile to ask if I wanted a shampoo. I always want a shampoo after getting my haircut but most of the time I forget until I'm out the door. It was nice to have someone ask if I wanted one. I've back a few times and continue to tell people about getting their haircut there because the stylists are so cool.

I don't get my hair done but every 4 to 6 months and figured out after a couple of visits and several months of that look, that my greys coming in didn't accommodate that color well. So I switched back to my blonde highlighted hair. Not the easiest thing to do but she did and again it always looks great. Kendra is a lovely girl, makes good conversation and is very professional. Her work was great, when she actually worked and had the correct colors. The dark hair is one thing, but finding out that she spoke poorly of me really ruined the salon for me. I found another stylist. I will say the other girls in the salon seem professional, and their clients all seem happy. Ashleigh's not so much. I'm not a one time customer. I followed her from another salon. Lesson learned.

I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi if I didn't have an appointment or if I should come back another time. I was told they had time and to sign in. A third employee came and took back one additional person just to ask if she had chosen a color. He then sat on his phone for the remaining time I was there, possibly taking a well deserved break however it was misleading why he was sitting there and almost helping clients. I waited 50 minutes. No one spoke to me. They were sitting guests at chairs and turning water on for pedicures but leaving them to sit for 20-30 minutes but not working on theI left. Will not return.

I called this salon and she put us on the list so we were able to get right in when we arrived. While waiting for a pedicure chair to become available, I got a manicure. Once 2 seats were available, my mom and I sat down and had a great experience. They use hot stones to massage your calves as well as hot towels. My hands and feet felt glorious after our appointment. I was also surprised by the cost. Overall, this was a great salon with extremely friendly employees. I'd go back again easily.

The body bar!! I have sensitive skin and I'm a tad bit lazy, so having a bar that I use before I step out of the shower and towel off, but is also leaves my skin feeling like velvet, non- greasy and will even last through another shower - AMAZING!! And they last a loooong time - great value. (I keep mine on a wire rack that is always way above any water spray, fyi) I mean, we all should be buying their products because they are waterway safe and they support monarch butterflies, but that is the bonus really.
