I did two washes (I brought our dirty vacation clothes because, why not? I was going to be there anyway). I bought two soaps and an oxiclean to boost the gross wash. That was $7.25. I dried everything together, at $.25 per few minutes--that was another $2.00. So--for $9.25 all in, I had clean sheets and clean clothes and I was pretty happy. The laundromat was super clean, there were places to sit and the tv was tuned to USA or TBS or one of those that had a mid-day movie on that was family friendly. My order was not ready on time, requiring me to make multiple trips back. When I finally picked up, 2 of my items had been separated from my order and were in a different part of the building. When I examined my white shirts, they still had the original stains -- completely uncleaned despite being charged for dry cleaning. I never even asked for dry cleaning; I needed stain removal. When I asked for a refund for the item that was clearly not cleaned, they refused and claimed the items had been treated. Anyone could see they had not been touched. The staff argued with me and even held my clothes, telling me I could not take them without speaking to a manager -- over items I paid for and own. To top it all off, after all of this, the female manager had the audacity to tell me not to come back. I came to you as a customer needing a service. You failed to deliver, refused to make it right, and then dismissed me. Absolutely unacceptable. This was already my second bad experience at this location. When clothes went to be picked up Saturday morning Crystal was very rude and basically said the truck never came in and clothes wouldn't be ready until Monday. She had no explanation, no apology, and basically told my husband too bad when he explained he needed this clothes for a trip he flies out of on Sunday evening. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE and do not waste your money or time on them. That lady should never be hired for any job with the poor attitude, and lack of professionalism she has. Very disappointing and a sad excuse for a business if these are the type of people they hire.
