I was given a new date and time frame for July. Again the date and time came and went with them not showing up and again no phone call. I did not waste my time calling them. I found a new contractor to come and clean the chimney. The contractor performed an inspection and recommended that do not use the chimney. This company was supposed to fix a missing flu tile and never did. Luckily they did not charge us for that but it was definitely discussed when we originally hired them. The company agreed to rebuild the top courses of brick and repour the crown. This was done very poorly per the new contractor. Please do not waste your time with this company.
