I called, told him that the redbud is at the end of our driveway in the corner under a large tulip tree. He came by. I showed him the tree and he said no problem taking it down but, he couldn't grind the stump out as the tulip tree and the fence precluded him getting his equipment into the right position. We agreed on a date and I told him we would be home when he arrived. The day came, I saw Mike walking down our driveway with his chainsaw and before I could walk outside Mike had already cut down a large and healthy redbud. Not the one which was dead. The one he cut down wasn't at the end of the driveway, not in the corner and not under the tulip tree. He cut down the first redbud he saw. We were very unhappy. Won't be using him again.
