So I reached out to Denver Carson (owner) he was super quick to respond and offer his expertise and a quote after shooting him photos and videos of the ding. So off I go the next day to his very clean and cozy shop near TI, waited in the shop for only 40~45mins watching Netflix and Denver came and got me and let me check out his handy work... My my was I impressed! He charged very fair and was very professional and you can easily tell he's very passionate about his work and is very much into automotive as I am. I'd give a zero if I could. I dropped off my car on 6/30/23. Was supposed to have back, at the latest, 7/27/23. Original estimate was 7/19/23. That date came and went and after multiple messages finally was told that my insurance company was holding up the approval, but they would have to me by end of month. On 7/27/23, Lauren called me and told me that they were still waiting on insurance, but would cover my rental until it was resolved. I asked if I needed to contact insurance and she said no. I have called numerous times on both phone numbers I have for them, plus text messages and Facebook messenger with no response. I am out hundreds of dollars in rental car costs and he has blocked me from texting him. I tried to file a police report, but have to send a demand letter first through my attorney. This is a complete nightmare and costing me so much money. Update: I went and just took my car back with my spare key. They have my other key fob. Still have heard nothing from Denver or anyone at the business. read more

Carson and his wife are amazing. Last Friday, I was across town and my car started acting up. The Service Engine light came on and it was after 6 PM so all auto repair shops were closed!! Carson Auto Care was nearby and were open late so I called them. He and his wife told me they don't service engines but to bring my car by, leave it overnight and then referred me to someone who took excellent care of my car. They checked in with me over the weekend to make sure everything was going well for me and my car and are just amazing people.
