After deciding to move forward, a representative came to my home the next day for an on-site consultation and estimate. We feel like the estimate was accurate and fair. The car was picked up and a rental car was dropped off at my home in less than a week. There was a minor delay due to the winter storm but we were kept informed on progress and when we could expect the car to be returned. The team handled all paperwork and communication with our insurance company. I had a minor issue with the rental car. I made a phone call, explained the situation. A replacement car was delivered to my location within two hours. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend this business to family and friends. I had recently inherited my dad's C4 corvette Indy pace car and wanted the convertible top fixed, as it didn't seal and let in water, along with several cosmetic touches like adding visors. After several months they called and said it was ready to go. I should have refused immediately when they said they replaced my convertible top with one that no longer had an inner liner, so it looked tacky and not remotely the quality of the one I already had on it. Further, the "new" top still didn't seal and had visible gaps at the windows still allowing rain in. Also, it was clearly used and NOT new. As we tried to leave, my car ran out of gas before we exited the property, because they had clearly been driving it a lot. Then in the 1/4 mile drive to get on 635, the "brand new" visor literally fell off and was dangling by the exposed wire (see pic and text with timeline). They hadn't screwed it back in or lined up the screws. I called them immediately and they claimed they had too much business and asked it I could drop it off in a few weeks when things calmed down. I called close to a dozen times over the following 6 months and they never would see me much less agree to fix their shoddy work. Other than the fact that they had literally had it for 6 months, the push for me to get it back was due to my wife's birthday the next day and we planned to go for a ride. SO disappointing. Further, they tried to overcharge me by thousands. I found NEW parts at full retail prices in the official corvette book and they were all less than they were charging me for the crappy used parts they put on my car. DO NOT trust them with anything you care about.

I was told the vehicle was ready after 5 days and I went to pick it up. The paint did not match and the blend on the hood and door had glitches. I left the vehicle for them to fix properly. After another week or so, I was told the vehicle was ready so I once again went to get it. The paint job was better still not perfect, but I could not waste any more time there. The interior of my brand new car wreaked of paint and body shop and lost that new car smell. There was dust and prints all over the inside. The underside of the hood was splashed with paint and sanding debris. As if that wasn't bad enough, I had 1518 miles on it when I dropped it off and when I picked it up almost 3 weeks later, it had 1700 miles on it. The shop could not explain who had been driving my vehicle for three weeks. Stay away from this shop. They will make your new car old and take joy rides in it.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Let's just say it turned out much worse than when I started. The paint looked dull, cloudy, and nothing like I had hoped. After realizing I was in over my head, I reached out to Frank on Facebook just to get a few estimates. Within minutes, Frank called me, asked about the truck, and even came to my house to look at it in person. He took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what it would take to fix it, and what I could realistically expect. He never tried to oversell me or pressure me. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer service are what earned my business that same day. What impressed me even more was that once he started repairing my DIY mistake, he discovered it required more work than he originally expected.
