It was actually the WORST shopping experience I nearly ever had. The guy said, "We're closing in 4 min" That's ok I get it, it's Christmas Eve and he wants to be home with his family. If that was the case he should have took the day off. What got my goat and prompted this review was when my sister in law asked me what he said, I told her. Then he said "Actually 3 min" , As I walked out I said I ain't taking this crap" So here I am standing on the cold waiting for my family to come out. I couldn't in good conscience spend my money in s place in which I was do rudely treated. The item I needed was only about ten dollars but me it's the principle . There I vented I feel better now.

The pharmacist and Pharmacy tags are all super nice to me. They're very efficient and proficient and they do their jobs well. But they're also super friendly and knowledgeable wish I appreciate. Horrible Service. I called to reserve some NBA Prizm Basketball cards that they sell there and the…read moreguy at the store was a real jerk on the phone with Me. Now keep in mind i was just following THEIR store procedures as instructed , i was simply calling ahead to reserve a pack of these hard to get basketball cards. Anyhow the guy clearly "acted" like he took my name down but probably did not. I rode my bike ALL the way down there in a rush and when i got to the store and asked for the cards, the guy was highly upset for some weird reason. He proceeded to tell Me that "the cards were still on the truck and have not even been put on the racks yet". With an attitude. Well jesus bud, i just called and reserved a pack, you said you had them on the phone when i called, i rode all the way down there in a rush because you said on the phone my name was taken down for a reserved pack. Im here NOW can i get them or not????? So damn confusing and a waste of time. If You have them, then sell them. Its a store for gods sakes, im a customer, i came here specifically to get that one item. Not anything else, that one item i called in ahead and everything. And IF trully they are indeed still on the truck and havent been put on shelves yet, how about telling me when's a good time to come back perhaps instead of looking at me like i did something wrong. No Help, jerks behind the counter. Highly upset. But they did not care at all. So i left without conflict and went home and told my brother they had 3 packs left, he goes right up there and they sell HIM 2 of those packs without saying anything to him. They actually told my brother "yeah im gonna sell them to You because you was nice to me" like i wasnt ! Complete BS. Its a pick and choose system they are using, sell to whoever you seem fit, NOT whoever calls and comes threw the door FIRST asking for them. SOMEONE NEEDS FIRED for being biased.

Good experience getting an oil change today, that ended up with new tire, tire pressure sensors and…read morevalve stems (TPMS), and wiper blades. I got there at 7:30 for an oil change, no appointments, first come first serve. I wanted the tires rotated, but that can't happen, due to Walmart policy, since they were dry rotted, I was told. Tires are 6 years old and needing replaced, which usually mean research, and trying to find the best deal on Michelins. So I asked for a tire quote and said I wanted all new valve too. Quick quote, no Michelins, they have Goodyears, was told last week the Goodyears were discounted due to Black Friday, of course, so I did a quick internet search.... price for the Goodyear tires seemed in line with other "tire" places so I said OK. When can you get me in, we'll we have an 8am appointment, but if they don't show up, your next, it,'s 8am and the oil change is done. I'm told they give a 15min. grace period. Well the 8am doesn't show up.....I'm right in. Next issue is my 08' Accord has one piece valve stem and TPMS, they only have three, but they call the other Walmart in Springfield, bam they have the one piece TPMS I need. Walmart does not have runners, so I call, Richelle, tell here the story and say we can go to breakfast after the part transportation trip. Richelle picks me up, we do a round trip, when I get back I'm told the other tire will be done in 20min. We go to breakfast at Studebaker's, and I got the text that the job is done. Accord has new shoes. I got text updates the whole time. Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Thanks to the 8am who didn't show up, so go early.

First of all I have an issue with Walmart because they fired my brother after he got severe…read morepneumonia and almost died from frostbite and had to have surgery on his lungs after he was careflighted. He was missing a hospital discharge paper and the guy that usually is the manager was not the manager that day my brother tried to come back to work and he fired him while he gave him the choice of resigning so he would get his 401k or he would just fire him on the spot. Just because he didn't have an emergency room discharge paper which is insane. My brother almost died for God's sake and gave Walmart 21 years of his life didn't call off but twice in 21 years. So I don't like them because of that but also I am banned from the store on becthle Avenue because as a homeless person I think a lot of places look for any reason to ban you but what's crazy and I still have my receipt as I spent $162.34 in that store I then left and put in the hair dye that I had just bought and I went outside and then my head started burning literally burning so I ran inside to rinse it out because it was an emergency so a customer complained to an employee and the customer or sorry the employee rather came in and so what are you doing I said I'm rinsing my hair dye out I'm not staining the sink it's blonde you see any stain whom am I bothering? She said well we had a customer complaint because not everyone can breathe the chemicals I said I understand that ma'am but my head is on fire she said you're going to have to leave right now I said well okay then I'll go to the hospital because you won't let me rinde it out and my head's on fire so I went to the hospital I had to call the squad and I actually had chemical burns on my head because I could not rinse it out until I got to the emergency room and they rinsed it out for me and then I was in the ICU for 3 days because of the severity of the burn and the pain. But yeah being banned from Walmart is just another day in the life of a homeless person even if you spend over $150 in there they want to ban you because you don't make the place look good and I understand I am homeless not by choice but If I may say...Come on Walmart you even banned Damon Darling and all he ever did was help people and give them money to buy you're overpriced crap in your store. So I hope more people do go to groceryland or Target or Aldi or anywhere but Walmart because the way they treated me I just felt like complete scum. And I was in so much pain having to go to the hospital because they wouldn't let me rinse it out I mean come on Walmart what are we doing? You're firing long time employees that took two days off in 21 years and my guess is you're hiring a bunch of Haitians that are making people like me homeless. I just don't know who you think you are Walmart and yes I'm a whistleblower and yes I know many people with similar stories because if nothing changes nothing changes.
