Came right up to me and asked if he could help and then looked at my stone chip that I needed fixed. They took me right in and began the repair. Only after they had started did he tell me that they were already closed! They had been closed for a 1/2 hour but took the time to repair my windshield anyway. They could have told me to come back on Monday, but explained that if I left the parking lot, hit a bump later today and cracked my windshield, that in all likelihood I would not have returned to them. Clearly this gentleman takes his customer service seriously. Less than a 1/2 hour later I was back out the door and on my way!

Following Tuesday I called again and was told that Manager couldn't find the windshield to purchase and would have to look into it. (I never received a call about this at all, all the while thinking there was no issue.) Told them it was poor service and I would go somewhere else. They called me then two hours later and said they could install for 1/2 the price the next day. Brought the vehicle in, windshield was installed at 1/2 price, but there was an extra $189.00 charge that I was not informed about over the phone, and one of the service guys left his dirty coffee cup in my vehicle once I got it back. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
