The park beside also doesn't get mowed but once every few weeks so there are so many bugs you can't hardly walk it.. Staff is horrible to work with. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS LIKE I DID IT COST ME OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!!!!!! They literally took a random picture of the carpet and said the entire apartment needed a replacement. The place is a decent size which is what gets the one star from me, but it is super outdated and not functional. They have over half of the air vents blocked off in order to "get better airflow to the rooms" which leads to super high utility bills if you want the temp to be below 83. If you look at their google reviews, all of the 5 star reviews are posted by "people" with the same last name of the owners, possible that it's a coincidence but I don't think so. On move in there were roaches both dead and alive in the place even though it had "been cleaned". Whenever I told them about how gross it was they became very rude and it took me calling multiple times to get them to come out and clean it (it was still just as bad). Whenever doing a walk through with the owner, I pulled the sink plug right out and found something rather disgusting for a "clean" apartment. The owners response to this discovery was "well you pay very little for rent". Which was not true. *see pictures 4 and 5* There have been multiple occasions where the owners attempted to charge me for "animals in my unit that were not allowed" but there were none there. They would attempt to charge me for the neighbors animals and stray cats. Very very rude people own this place. Pay an extra 100 dollars and rent somewhere else, it's worth it I promise.

So make sure you see the room you are renting before you sign anything. Also the pipes are old and there are leaks all the time so they have to turn the water off. My apartment flooded from a pipe burst in the upstairs apartment and no repair work was done. They only painted over the damage. The new owners are not any better, they try to scam you out of your security deposit when you move out. Don't be deceived. Yes the rooms are huge but that is only positive about this place. The bathrooms are also very tiny and the wood floors are just paper. There are much better options in College Station.

They have free cable and free Wi Fi which is great so you only pay for the Tivo and NFL extras, which for us is only like $50 since we pay to rent the wifi, the Tivo box and the extra channel for NFL. The closet is amazing and huge! It's a walk in with shelves inside so you can really store alot of shoes and towels inside. The bathroom is kinda small and the counter is only big enough for 1 hair appliance (talking to women here) so makes it a bit longer to do hair styles and since only 1 restroom then it can become a hassel. The bedroom holds our full size bed and the gigantic bed frame that includes drawers so we don't need an extra drawer. However, the room is big enough to hold a queen size bed with an extra drawer. It's huge! Never had a roach problem which was a huge factor and pest control is only a $1. You have to call for the pest control guy to come but they schedule for him to come in a timely manner (within the 1st week not like a month wait). Quiet place absolutely perfect for students to study. There's families here too but they are separate from the students so everyone is living peacefully. The pool is always nice and clean and so are the grounds. They always maintain the land. I definitely recommend living here it's great especially if you're a student and Elephant bus route stops right in front here!

I have never seen a more unprofessional and unethical staff who consistently lies to your face. Unfortunately I was in a lease to stay with Copper Creek for two years and out of the two years it was a constant headache and nightmare. When things weren't done right, they always came up with the worst excuses on why it wasn't done correctly. Last year they breached their lease agreement and broke down my door and lock just to change the thermostat settings without notifying me. I filed a police report thinking someone broke into my room and turns out it was Copper Creek who broke into my room without notifying me. I had an awful encounter with the "owner's" wife about this situation, the only thing that came out of this was his wife screaming and yelling in my face and at my mother. I was told that I was "a whining b*tch" because they broke in my room. They breached their own contract again by getting involved in utilities and collecting utility payments without attaching an addendum. I was "matched" with roommates who had utilities included with their rent and it was not a separate payment like it was for me, which caused me to pay a higher utility bill each month. Overall I can only warn others to STAY AWAY from leasing with Copper Creek.

No one in the front office seems to be on top of things. Can't even get the sheets out to let us know whater our water bill is ontop of rent but want to hit ppl with late fee's. The pools just gross.
