I have large spaces between sod pieces and large whole through my yard. Very lumpy and uneven!!! Turf- it ruined 2 sections of my vinyl fence while moving dirt into the backyard, replaced the sections, but did not install section properly leaving huge gaps in the fence. I told Turf it on several occasions I would be happy to pay bill once work was complete to my satisfaction. They agreed, last week to complete the job the best they could given it wasn't done properly to begin with. Today I was told they would not make things right. They will not fix my fence, they will not even the grass. Basically washing hands of any responsibility for my yard and fence, leaving me to hire a fence company to repair damages caused by Turf-it. A "manager" named KOLE was awful to me, and awful to work with. He was not interested in helping to correct the situation. All he wanted to do was hand me the invoice including late charges, all while completely washing his hands and leaving me to correct the issues. I don't ever recall a time in my adult life that I have been treated so poorly.... RUN DON'T WALK AWAY!

One obvious service was aeration. I checked the backyard and yup, no aeration holes. We had similar issues when they stated they cleaned out our ran gutters. I was home the entire day they billed us for and no one ever showed, but we got a bill for the service. We've used them for over 2 years and I just got fed up with their disorganized, unreliable and unprofessional services. I feel that this is a terrible way to run a business.

Joey has a "can do" attitude and understands that big changes can bring some uncertainty as to what would look best. The grass in my front yard was dead, so I decided to xeriscape it. I am getting older, so mowing has become a struggle since both the front and back yard are huge. I changed my mind a couple of times, and he took it in stride. He understood that this was a big decision. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for the job as I had looked at others that were more expensive. It was well within my budget, and less expensive than I expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, and his employees were just as friendly, respectful, and professional as Joey is. We moved the boulders around some until I got the look I was looking for, and his guys did it with a smile on their face. They are also working on a sprinkling system and installing SOD and garden bed with concrete edging. They started this project in late 2022 around Oct/Nov so couldn't quite finish the entire project due to weather but did get the concrete and fence done with very quick turn around. We are excited to continue to work with them this spring (2023) to wrap up our project. I would highly recommend this company!
