Well while I have usually been a return customer practically because I am a sucker for clearance items, my visits are become less and less frequent more so then last year. Reason for this? Let me explain... If you were to look in my wardrobe, you would see jackets, shirts, jeans, and shorts that are more then likely from Old Navy. These may look nice at first glance but as time went on after I purchased most of these items, the fabric began to tear and a lot of jeans began to completely fall apart. I would also like to point out I didn't buy these jeans on clearance, they were normal priced, which ran around a hefty price of thirty dollars. Needless to say, I wasn't overly satisfied when my sleek skinny's completely gave out at the knees. I have had similar issues with shirts where the fabric was coming off in small strands that if you started to pull on them, you couldn't stop. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing anything from this particular Old Navy for about a year or two now. I can say though that through all the times I have been through here, I have never had a problem with the employees who worked at the register and on the floor. My inquiries about certain items were meant with a positive reception, no huffs or puffs about me "wasting their time" unlike some other "higher-end" department stores. Seeing how I still see most of these employees still working here, it makes the reason to shop here again more welcoming. I'll be a bit more cautious if I decide to initiate shopping here once again. I recommend giving the clothes you are going to buy a good once-over after trying them on to check for any damage or imperfections, it'll save you more money then you think.

It was just after Halloween, so there were one section of marked down fall and Halloween decorations. Then it was aisles upon aisles of Christmas ornaments, lights, trees, stocking and any decoration you could imagine. I loved how organized everything was, each section by product ..even down to the color. Walking around the store was interesting, from the different art sections, frames to the many wooden signs. (seemed they had a sign for everyone) I needed some help finding the red buckets online, a nice salesman walked be right over to them. Really to have the extra service. Seemed like everything was a marked at a good price. I will have to come back to check out all the different seasonal items.

I just started shopping at this store, mostly because my younger cousins are obsessed with their…read moreclothing line. But to my surprise they have a lot of different options for all ages. Their sweatshirts and hoodies are a personal favorite... super comfy and warm. Iv'e noticed they do have sales going on through out the month.. just have to hit it on time. I bought a pair of jeans as a gift and saw they were on sale the next week, the sales associate was great, allowed me to get the difference back. I will continue to shop here not just for gifts but also for me!

Previously my kids' clothes came from the location at the outlets in Waterloo, so having them located in Henrietta is most welcome. The store is a combination Carters and Osh Kosh and clearly the two companies merged at some point. Actually, I wish the Carters location in Pittsford Plaza was similarly dual focused, but I expect they do just fine. Between the two companies my kids' have been outfitted very well and it won't be long before they "size out". My kids are both very slim and Osh Kosh has been the go to for pants especially. There really isn't much more to say. They have the basics your kids need for day to day wear and do it quite well. And I always get coupons by email for sales and promotions. This store is very clean, organized, and well lit. I really enjoyed the customer service they offered. I was approached by a young lady who works there. She asked me name and offered to take the items I was holding and place them in a dressing room for me. When I was finally ready to try everything on I was pleasantly surprised to see how she kindly arranged all of the items in color order in the dressing room, AND that my name appeared on the outside of the door! Best customer service a store has offered in a long time! Also, sign up for their members card. Free bday gift emailed to you. (Likely $5-10 bucks) Also, 1 point for every dollar you spend. Lands End acknowledges receipt of these few items and pockets the money you paid for the rest. This is based on my experience 4/2/25. I did not check the receipt at Happy Returns. Never been scammed before If Happy Returns ships back to Lands End all items you intended to return, Lands End reaps $100 for a $20 item if it cycles through 5 times. My guess is that Lands End pays Happy Returns for this service.
