Ken's has helped with general maintenance and repair on our cars ranging from an old Ford Ranger to a new Audi A5--always ensuring they actually identify and solve problems before returning the vehicle and always being reasonable with their prices and great with their communication. They make the whole process easy and, bonus, never make me feel ridiculous for using sound effects to try to explain what's wrong with my car.
