Outstanding in all categories! When I moved to Phoenixville, I asked around to find out which mechanic my new neighbors recommended. I kept hearing about Dave and gave his shop a try. He always manages to get me an appointment within the next day or two. On two occasions, I gave him a terrible mess. For one example, I could not remove the nuts on my old exhaust. I purchased two exhaust sections from two different manufacturers. He provided a quote range but later found out that the parts didn't match up correctly. He spent his entire day on my exhaust system and created a workaround to make the parts work perfectly together. Although he spent more than twice the amount of time on the project than he anticipated, he stuck to his word and remained within the estimate range. He puts his customer ahead of his profits every time. Trust is everything with Dave, so he explains the repairs in detail and even corrects issues caused by my last mechanic. Dave is as honest and patient as they come. He makes sure you take care of the important repairs and if a repair can be safely postponed, he explains when it an no longer be ignored. A few times, I had to stop over unannounced with a flat tire, repair question or a window that refused to go back up. Dave would stop what he was doing and take care of my concerns promptly. If it was a quick fix, he would not even accept payment! Many neighbors also use Dave as their guy for maintenance and repairs. He looks out for his customers. As a do it yourselfer, he is the guy I trust with the projects I don't trust myself to complete (like a 12 year old rusted exhaust).
