However, I went into this location, cause Im hardly at Arbor place and I had saved some items on my shopkick app that I wanted to view at Old Navy and could tell from the outside of the store that this location was neatly organized. This location is actually inside the mall, and that may be the norm for some of you, but I'm use to most Old Navy stores either being stand alone stores, or in a strip mall. My interaction at this location was the best ever at a Old Navy. A worker named Nick immediately greeted me and began to assist me locate the items I was looking for. We were unable to find one item in particular and he searched the computer and said that there was one in the store, we looked for it for a while and I gave up and exited the store. About a minute later Nick walked up to me in the mall and said, he found the shirt. I was shocked that he even continue to look for the shirt after I left the store. Employees have generally been helpful and approachable when needed. It's a dependable, well-run store that keeps me coming back, which says a lot after this many years.

My teenager tried to call the scheduling manager, but could not get through to a manager to advise them of their circumstances. At first, I figured it was due to less work available, but later I found out that there was still a labor shortage. With the Economy in the state that it is in now, there need to be better managers and leaders with good people skills, organizational skills who value their Employees! Horrible Management and Horrible Employee inclusion!! I called the Hiram store location several times over a month and could not get through to a manager and when I got a chance to speak with the scheduling manager it got worst! I asked what happened with the schedule and they said they needed to speak with my teenager, so I got my teenager on the phone and then they said my teenager needed to come to the store. So after we spoke with both managers, they said again my teenager needs to come into the store, then I said okay after a few minutes of frustrating conversations. So I asked, when will the manager be available, then they said they could not give the information out. What! I had agreed with them, then they said they could not give me that information. It sounds like they had no intentions to resolve this issue. So here we are. Why are we wondering why we have a labor shortage? It is clear that we need competent leaders and managers who know how to manage people and treat their Employees well! I have reached out to corporate because this was one of the worst experiences I have had to see my teenager go through. No parent wants to encourage their children to be independent and learn good work-life balances and work ethics when the people in leadership do not understand it.

Another thing I noticed almost instantly is the lack of clothes for juniors. I have to wear junior clothes because of my size. I'm a small framed woman and the clothes in the women's department are too large for me. A woman's small is too large for me. I go over to where I think there would be a junior department, to find myself back in women's. This location also lacks shoes! What woman doesn't like shoes? Oh no Marshall's this is a big mistake. The shoe department lack variety, style and quantity. Marshall's in general is not a place where I go to look for specific things. As most consumers say, Marshall's is a hit or miss place. I stroll through looking for treasures. I am a high end shopper. For me this means I look for the quality in an item even if it's in Marshall's. I love clothing that has a lot of life it in. If the fabric is flimsy or looks too worn already , more than likely I will not buy it. I will not shop here unless I'm looking for velvet hangers.
