A salesman greeted me seconds after I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him and he showed it to me and I said I'll take it but I'm also going to look around. He said he'd pull one from the back and have it waiting up front. He also offered me still or sparkling water. I accepted since it was a scorching August day. Love my new mini pouch and can't wait to wear it! There was no savings off retail here but the selection of Le Pliage sizes and colors was vast. Also very friendly service!

There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either. Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had. Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

Especially when there are marked down sales -- I shop that part of the store first. Most of the time the sales people are helpful in finding another size and giving you feedback on the fit of the clothes. The dressing rooms are roomy. Most recently I picked up two items that were marked down for final sale and there was a 30% mark down on top of that. It is a pleasant, easy store to shop in. There is a renew shop rack there too so bring your renew card!

Nothing beats a little retail therapy! I don't come here as often as I used to, but somehow, every visit still feels special. This afternoon, I stopped by a few premium brand stores, and every shopping experience was wonderful. On top of that, I also ended up getting quite a few steps in. By the time I got back to my car, I realized how much better I felt. Sometimes, a little shopping, a lot of walking, and a familiar place are all you need to reset.

I've always loved this brand, so I was happy to come across another location and stop in. Michelle was the sales associate who helped me, and she made everything so easy. She looked up my previous purchases and helped me figure out the right size while I was deciding. I really appreciated the extra effort. I also had a chance to meet Connie, the supervisor. When I first walked in, I actually mistook her for a sales associate, and she was gracious about it. We chatted for a few minutes, and I enjoyed getting to know her a little. She was very professional and accommodating. I ended up leaving with a beautiful sweater and, more importantly, feeling good about my visit. It's always nice when the people make a shopping trip as enjoyable as the purchase itself. I'll definitely be back!

They checked for more sizes for me, helped me with a dressing room and the atmosphere was just so much nicer than other stores. For example Versace made me feel uneasy even though I had multiple designer shopping bags with me, they made me feel like I didn't belong or was worthy of being in their store. Burberry was the opposite, I was dressed in flip flops and shorts yet I was treated as if I were the CEO. I happily spent thousands on some garments, was really nice I wasn't judged by my clothes I was wearing. The guy who checked me was also pleasant and had a conversation with me. Overall wonderful experience and I am Burberry fan for life. I will be back in the fall for more!
