We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.

Prices were mid range, some items seemed a little high to me based on the quality. This store also carries jeans, I know denim can be hard to find for the curvy shopper. I'm kinda annoyed that the past few months the dressing room has been closed. Every time I ask they say it's closed and it will be open in a month or two. I asked in December and they said February. Every business knows if you let customers try on clothing the likely of them purchasing those items are a lot higher than if you don't. I put one thing back and got a sweater. Guess what it docent fit and I have to return it like always! The sizes here change between every article of clothing and it's beyond annoying to have to go home and use my house as a fitting room and then go back! They're multiple people working here walking around. It's not that hard to have someone stand by the fitting rooms and count each item before and after going into the fitting room! You make paying customers feel like shoplifters not letting them in the fitting room, and lets be honest that's what it's about. If you do your job and count the clothing before and after and make your customers feel good about purchasing clothing from your store it would be very appreciated!

They also have a featured designer rack in the back of the store near the fitting rooms. The one that they had when my bestie and I went was extremely expensive. She designed luxurious coats and wraps. One of the wrap vests looked super cute on me, but it was too expensive and there was no label as to what material was used. It did feel like polyester, however. The people who worked there were very kind and helpful and patient. Happy shops!

Despite coming here 4-5 times, I've only once found one clothing item. I also think changing this policy would help their inventory! I have so many trendy/desirable items that I'd love to sell to them, but because of the time limit, I end up selling to Buffalo Exchange instead since their store credit doesn't expire.

Lauren put it the other pieces I'm thinking about in my wish list so I can order them later (like the Dietritch Jacket - that's an absolute must!). Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.
