I feel the he goes above and beyond to make the customer's experience the best experience when purchasing from his business. I met Chuck shortly before doing business with Boats and Motors of Dalton and strongly feel his knowledge of the many different types of boats and motors makes the service department the best in the area. Amy's seems to have the right personality to work along side Marty and Chuck, and together they make a good team to assist any customer with their boating or fishing needs. Least to mention that Marty and Chuck are also avid outdoor enthusiasts and share much of their experience with any customer whom may ask!
