Our family has shopped at this business for over 10 years. As of today, never again. The last few…read morevisits have not been ideal from a customer service perspective. Every time we attempt to drop off our items to sell back while we shop for new items, the staff will argue that they can't take them before they've even viewed our items to see what they will buy back. Today, the employee tells me, "Y'all gotta wait five hours!" Even though the sign-in kiosk shows a 2-hour wait time, the employee tells me I am wrong and that the kiosk is broken. Besides the lousy, unaccommodating staff, the overall dirty windows and uncleanliness of the entire establishment, and the smell of marijuana that permeates your nose from the woman at the cash register, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your child's clothing. This place sucks and you can get a much better value elsewhere without the dirty experience.

I can feel the attitude from here every-time. When I go to other store locations, the employees are so nice, they even remind me to check my email for coupons! This lady is the opposite, she hates when you use a coupon. Hopefully she can find a man and take a chill pill. I pray for her.

The store is always organized, well stocked, and has great hours. The staff is always helpful and polite. Being my toddler is close to 2 now and quickly growing Osh Kosh is now a better fit than Carter's. For the odd occasion where I can also find something at Carter's they are joined and you can pay at either the OK or Carter's register which makes it easier to clothes shop with a toddler.

I have the Old Navy credit card and combine like the rewards that I receive from getting gas and groceries (and immediately paying off before they can charge absurdly-high interest rate). The rewards don't expire for several months and work like gift certificates, meaning that you can combine them with sales and reduced prices for maximum savings. This location is very convenient, right by the Moorestown Mall, in East Gate Square, so it is easy to combine a quick shopping trip with errands.
