Reason- there's always a treasure chest of great finds, and items you forgot you need, want to get, or the price is so reasonable, how could you not purchase the item you're drawn to. The Marshalls and HomeGoods store is divided into one space for the former and the latter. The store is maintained extremely well. The store is clean, add organized, which is often difficult because customers believe they have a sense of entitlement wherever they shop, and whatever they decide they don't want is not placed back where it was found, nor the way it was found (on a hanger, hanging from a display, in the correct aisle, shelf, department, etc.). The store is well lit and spacious. In Marshalls you can find clothes from toddlers to adults of any gender, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, workout essentials, confines, perfumes, shoes, luggage, hair care products and appliances, facial and skincare products, toys, collectibles, sports fan gear, and much more. In HomeGoods, there have seasonal and non-seasonable items well organized and displayed. There's aisles with each of the following, lamps, rugs, furniture, furniture accessories, framed artwork and photos, mirrors, pet supplies, clothes, and accessories, bedding, linens, pillows of all types, sheet sets, comforters, and duvet covers of all sizes, bath products, bath furniture, storage, and accessories. August 9th came with no delivery and no proactive communication from the store of any further issues. When we called back, the salesperson (Brionna) avoided discussing with us. We drove down in person, surprised the salesperson, and she gave us a new delivery date of Sept. 10th. Sept 10th came and again, no delivery and no proactive call. Discussed with salesperson and she told us there was no info because their system was down and to call back on Tuesday when she worked next. Can you believe the audacity here? Called their corporate Customer Service Center - no help and no way to elevate a concern other than to write an email to their President. Wrote a letter to the president of Thomasville and after three days, the Region manager contacted me to help resolve the issue. Region Manager told me the sofa hadn't even been made yet and was at best another 3 weeks to be made and another 2 for delivery. My experience: No communication of any issues, poor customer service, and salesperson lied to us and strung us along for months. Beware.

They have an extensive selection of all types of furniture, decor, and holiday decorations! We were able to find a nice storage cabinet for our dining room at a very reasonable price. They had lots of other furniture as well, but had low stock of some items. They had tons of holiday decorations at great prices as well! I will definitely be back to buy some decor for our home for the holidays!

Upon walking in you're immediately greeted by oodles of holiday product ... which outside of the holiday season wouldn't be "normal" but it let me know they'll probably have everything and anything I need to celebrate this season. I wasn't there for holiday decor but specifically for bathroom and pet accessories and I was able to check every single item I needed off of my list because they had exactly what I needed ... which isn't generally easy to do lol. And my cashier was really friendly, detailed and careful with packaging my items. The store is lucky to have her. I would definitely shop this location again!

Given the holiday season they were jam packed (but very neatly) with all things Christmas and there was something for everyone. I came in specifically looking for a door wreath and left with one I absolutely love plus 19 other items I didn't even know I "needed" lol. The cashier Janeen was really nice and packed my items with care. I even had to call back after I left as I believed I didn't receive an item I paid for and she helped me over the phone patiently reviewing my transaction ... she is just awesome!
