It is even a bit overwhelming because I get so excited when I step in. Like a kid in a candy store this is a girls dream. You can get a little of this and a little of that and add accessories to any outfit for a reasonable price. Oh don't get me wrong, I would hate to loose something that is bright and shiny, but if I did I wouldn't be heartbroken since I didn't spend all to much AND guess what? You guessed it - I now get to go back and find a replacement piece, oh darn. This store is great for picking up a gift for a friend. Well for that matter, even someone you don't know because there are so many cool things to pick from. I couldn't resist getting a bright colored flower ring (to go with my rainbow nails) as soon as I saw it. It always makes people smile (or laugh cuz I am a bit on the crazy side) when they see it. I also picked up a cool pen and pencil holder in the shape of a shoe. I suppose it could also be used as an eyeglass case but I like how it livens up my otherwise "regular" office desk - given the animal print and all. Hey Mother's Day is coming, Prom is around the corner, wedding dates have been set with bridal showers in the making. Going on a cruise, vacation, family reunion? The worst customer service I've ever experienced, 2 days in a row with different employees. I work…read morein hospitality and understand that dealing with customers can be extremely difficult, but the girls there were flat out rude and unhelpful no matter how polite my friends and I tried to be. While trying to pick an outfit, we were told multiple times that the store was closing and to get in line, up to 25 minutes before the store actually closed. When I asked if I could buy the last of a dress in the store which was on a mannequin, I was told they couldn't do it while just 2 people were working and to come back in 2 hours when there were more employees on the floor. When I did come back, it was still just the 2 of them, and it only took a minute for one girl to get the dress down. The store wasn't busy either time, and it felt like they didn't want to do their jobs. Also, there's a ridiculous policy that certain "special occasion" items are non-returnable (they're marked with tags), which in normal times might make sense, but the dressing rooms are currently closed due to COVID (which also doesn't make sense scientifically, considering it's an airborne disease). The idea that anyone is supposed to drop $40-$80 on something they can't try on in the store, and then can't return if it doesn't look good on them (which is especially important if it is for a "special occasion") is absolutely absurd. This does not make any sense, and the employees not only lack understanding to how ridiculous it is, but are rude about it too. The girl at the register also told me that jewelry is non returnable, which it doesn't say anywhere in the store, and also does not make sense. I love the clothes here but these were 2 of the most stressful shopping experiences I've ever had. Fix the attitudes and ridiculous rules.
