Love this Zara location! They are located inside the Natick Mall & have a great selection of men's, women's, & kids clothing. Although this location is much farther away from me (compared to the Newbury St), I enjoy coming here since they've got lots of parking here at the mall + less chaotic & indoors. I also love that they have self checkout here; definitely speeds up the checkout process + less wait time for lines. read more

Staff seemed nice when we needed to see if there was a size not on the floor. The lady loves this location! Located at the Natick mall and has plenty of parking. It was always a given we stopped in when we are at the mall. They have good pricing overall, nice fits to be had. Usually women have much bigger selection, the store is split, seemingly mainly women, children and some men clothing! They also have self checkout to the back of the store by the registers! So however you want to do it you have choice if there is a line for the cashiers. There's fitting rooms with much less of a line when we go compared to the Boston location on Newbury. read more

Terrible customer service. I tried to return a sweater today because it pilled all over after just one wear and the manager on duty refused to let me return the sweater because it was worn. I was asked by 3 employees whether it was ever washed. The sweater was never washed. The manager ended up walking away and refused to make any effort to resolve my issue. He was a tall man with very long dark hair. There was also a woman with very short yellow hair with a face drawn on the back of her head and she also was not helpful at all. I tried to explain to him that the sweater is defective because it should not pill like that after one wear and he said it could be the way it was worn. I contacted corporate and they agreed to give me a refund right away. read more

This Zara is the most unorganized and one of the most irritating stores to shop at. First off, once you walk in the racks and tables of clothes are messed up like you going dumpster diving. I was trying to find this top in my size and it took me 15 minutes just to find it, absolutely ridiculous. Then, I wanted to try my clothes in the fitting room, but yet it was closed for no reason. The worst thing is, that the line is extremely long. You would be thinking, "Are the clothes really worth the wait?" Unless you want to wait 30 minutes - 1 hour then sure!! Even before the pandemic, Zara in Natick mall constantly looks like it's having a garage sale. And post-pandemic, it's even worse; the lines are ALWAYS absurd regardless of what time a year or time a day it is. It's very frustrating as you are guaranteed to wait between 26-40minutes in line on a Monday @2pm. Their customer service in person or online is careless. Please be wary of their 30-day return policy; there isn't such a thing as a store credit; if you couldn't make it to wait in line for 40 minutes- it simply sucks to be you, and it's NOT their problem. ZARA has been going downhill with its quality of clothing for years, and the past few experiences make me perfectly content boycotting ZARA from here on out and shopping elsewhere. read more

I just witnessed a costumer being yelled by a young, blonde man who was a cashier. He was the cashier that ended up being on my turn and I WAS EXTREMELY degraded by this employee. I checked in with the manager and informed her that this employee should not be working there and that it was very triggering to be watching him treat all of the costumers with such rudeness and entitlement. read more

HOWEVER the staff at this zara location might possibly be the rudest, most unpleasant, and disappointing people I have ever encountered! Went in for a simple return and left feeling enraged and disrespected. I am never to complain but this store needs to learn to have their 5 employees who are on the floor just organizing clothes hop on a register to help ring people up. The wait time to get checked out is an hour with only two people on the registers. Having a line loop around the whole store does not help make the store look more "hyped" in any way. I stood in this line for 45 min just to get there and was told that I have to pick up my online order from the men's side. No one was at the register on men's and I had to track someone's down to come and give me my order. Tried it in the fitting room and it was too small. Had to stand in the same line for another 45 min. This store is always a chaos. I have been to many Zara stores and it is one of my favorite brands but will definitely never return to this store. I have been to many Zara stores (international as well). This one is by FAR the WORST in terms of customer service. The line is ALWAYS over an hour wait-- regardless of the time you go in. They only have 2 cashiers and the line is usually out the door. The worse thing is that they don't care at all about customers. This store is horribly run. Don't give them your business. You can't even return something at this store without waiting in the cashier line for 30+ minutes. You also can't try on anything in store, so return volume is obviously high. Another reason for high returns is because their sizes are so inconsistent. I tried to return a gift, and even had to email the gift giver to get the receipt (which is kind of humiliating to start) and only AFTER that and 2 trips through the forever-line, they refused to take anything back AND wouldn't let me swap items for similar item in a different size. On 4/14/23 I drove from RI to Zara at the Natick Mall. This was my first trip to Zara & I was searching for vacation clothes. After 45 minutes in the store & with approximately 12 items, I approached the fitting room. There I discovered it was closed on a Friday at 1:00 pm. I requested to speak with the store mgr. She told me that the fitting room was closed due to COVID. I was shocked as all the other stores in the mall had their fitting rooms opened. She said this was a corporate decision. When further pressed she said that she was short staffed. Many years ago, I was a store mgr. throughout the east coast & as a store mgr. I did whatever job needed to run a store both efficiently and professionally. I told her that she or an employee on the floor should be handling the fitting room. This store manager needs to be retrained in managing and operating a store. So if you're shopping at Zara at the Natick Mall don't assume that you'll be able to try on clothes. There use to be a saying in retail - "you never let the customer leave the store unhappy". I guess this doesn't apply to Zara.. I walked out empty handed. What a disappointing experience. read more
