Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.

Although this location is much farther away from me (compared to the Newbury St), I enjoy coming here since they've got lots of parking here at the mall + less chaotic & indoors. So however you want to do it you have choice if there is a line for the cashiers. There's fitting rooms with much less of a line when we go compared to the Boston location on Newbury.

I know your business has to make money, but the whole point of a hand me down store is to make sure your items are affordable. I've read many wonderful reviews on here and maybe it's good for some and then not so good for others. The owner was so funny and sweet and she helped us tremendously through the store and out. Something to note; I had my stroller, so I just want to point out this establishment is not wheelchair assessable from the front of the store. Not sure about the back though. I went to Natick, Massachusetts store to make an online return and had a horrible experience. I…read moremade an online purchase and wanted to return at the store, which should be simple. The store associate of Philippine/Asian ethnicity asked for my receipt. I told her that my package didn't come with a receipt so I pulled out my email receipt on my phone and showed her. She said my package did come with a receipt and she basically accused me of lying. I let it go and showed her the barcode on my phone. She said "if you had the receipt, I wouldn't need to see your phone." Then she had trouble making the return because the tag on the coat didn't have a size code. She said "mango always makes things so difficult and asked if I can ship/return to warehouse." I said no because I physically made the trip to your store to make the return so I would like it to be processed. Then another sales associate of Caucasian decent came and assisted. I suggested to both of them to call their customer service to get that size code. They asked me to do it; I said absolutely not because it's not my responsibility. Your return policy clearly indicated that I can return online purchases at the store. So I told them it is their responsibility to obtain the info needed to process my return. She finally made the call and got the size code to process the return. I don't know why the sales associates are so incompetent that I needed to advise them to call customer service to get the size code. And instead of apologizing to me for making me wait; they told me call their customer service. Throughout the process, my tone was very polite yet the Asian associate was incredibly rude. I asked the other associate for her name and she wouldn't disclose her name. And to make matters even worse, my return didn't get processed! Thank goodness I kept the return receipt she gave me. I contacted customer service and emailed a picture of my receipt to get my return processed.
