I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.

There crew neck sweaters are a staple of my winter wardrobe. Pricing is reasonable. Those tanks i love - only $30 Self checkout is easy peasy. Just drop everything in a bin and it all gets calculated for you by the cash register robot. Bags are 20 cents. No matter what size you choose.

Suit shopping is not high on my list of priorities but once ever decade or so I think it's important to do. As a still barely clinging to my 20's guy I never really considered shopping here. But a huge sale and a proclamation of its excellence from my brother in-law motivated me to give it a shot. I walked in and honestly, I was overwhelmed. There are tons of suits - some which looked better suited to my grandfather than to me, but I pressed on. I suggest you don't be intimidated by some of the older styles - they're trying to cater to a wide age group and if you ask for help (they are very nice and not pushy or stuffy at all) they'll help you find suits more befitting your style. The store was somewhat busy when I went on a Sunday afternoon (about 6-7 people which I thought was a lot for a small-ish suit store in Framingham) but the employees were walking around to make sure everyone was being helped. The employees showed me which suits were on sale and which were on clearance and gave advice and suggestions when asked. I was sure I wouldn't buy anything but I walked out of there with two new suits which will be tailored to my specific size later this week. Overall, it was a good experience. I assume the suits are good quality (how can anyone really know) but with 70% off they were worth the investment. Now, you probably won't find any super slick snazzy suits here but you can definitely find some good go to pieces. They also sells other accoutrement such as belts, ties, pants, etc. I stuck with the suits and am now all set for another decade or so.

No, he had literally been ignoring us, he checked out this guy and then another customer walked up to the counter, he turned to them to help them when the customer pointed at us and asked if we were first, he said something along the lines of "they can wait" or "i'll help you first" I didn't quite hear it, my dad went up to him and said "we've been waiting before him" and he just shrugged him off and said he would help us after. i'm not usually a review writer but this is unacceptable. understaffed and they're rude. would not recommend this location.
