I came in here of hope to sell my baby's clothes, and they were infants girls clothes I had a whole box full, and I filled out the sell form and asked for an eta and they told me later that afternoon, so I waited in the parking lot and the stores nearby, I waited three hours just to be told they can not buy any of my items bc the were not taking infants clothing at the time. Mind you my daughter who I was holding, still an infant, was obviously selling my infants clothing, there was no indication of them saying they weren't taking any infants clothes and they failed to inform me as well. Next time please inform your customers before they wait hours on a very hot day in the parking lot before you tell them you aren't even gonna buy the clothes. Nothing about this experience was kind. Horrible experience, won't be coming back.

Instead of exchanging for the amount that you actually paid for it, they will only exchange it for the current price, so in this case, the person who gifted me the dress paid $45, but since they were having a sale, I was only allowed to exchange it for something that was (the sale price of) $30. That is such a bizarre return policy! Ultimately, I didn't find anything in the store that I would wear, and if I did see something they only had sizes medium-XL. Most of the clothes seemed like really cheap quality, fast fashion items that would disintegrate faster than a Kleenex.

I received a MK Satchel handbag and matching wrist for Christmas. After much thought, I decided the bag was too big and it would be more useful if it was smaller satchel bag. I brought my items to the MK store and ask if i could exchange. With little difficulty I was able to pick out 3 items that matched the value of my original purchase and walk out with a purse that was more suited for my day-to-day use. I wasn't able to get a full because the purchase was more than 3 months old; my boyfriend bought it in November for a Christmas/Birthday gift and we just moved. Hence I understood why it was a $ value exchange only. Overall the staff was friendly and quick to help me after I addressed my exchange request. With my Hamilton satchel, I got a gold & tortoise watch and keychain pouch. I am more than happy with my new purse and be back in the new Spring.

This location does not sell clothes, but has all of the accessories, which is fine for me. I found the shoes I was looking for, and then another pair I had not seen. The associate was extremely helpful and attentive and told me where to go online to get another pair that they did not have in my size. She was so very nice, and seemed genuine---a great salesperson! After my purchase, I found myself perusing through the jewelry and some of the handbags and had to force myself to walk away, although after smelling the Michael Kors Amber perfume, I may have to treat myself to another visit in the next couple of days. I have been shopping their factory locations and retail locations for years. I especially like to shop for my daughter and children here. My daughter is making way into her preteen year and Joseph helped us with figuring out her new denim size now that she no longer shops in the Kids section. The denim fit perfectly and Joseph checked on us while in the fitting room periodically. I used my Gap Cash promotion paired with 30% off and saved $80 off today! Joseph deserves a promotion.
