As far as selling you any frivolous overpriced baby item under the sun, they will be very attentive. However, if you have any issue at all with a product they have sold then they take no accountability and are borderline disrespectful if you try to return or exchange that item. I paid a ridiculous amount for an outfit from here and although it was much more than I normally might have spent, it is my first child and I wanted to do something special. After I went home and was putting her clothes away I realized that the snap buttons were completely faulty and would not work at all so the whole outfit just hung open. I wish I had tested out all of her clothes in the store but I had my hands full with her and really didn't expect it. I brought them back immediately after noticing (with the tags and the receipt) and they refused to take it back under any circumstances, even though that is not a policy they had posted anywhere. I was told that I was the one who broke the outfit even though that's impossible that I could have manufactured it with weak/faulty snaps. The teenage girl working at the store tried to start an arguement with me and continued the conversation after I had given up with a long line of questioning. All I wanted was an exchange for the same item that wasn't broken and she would not budge at all. I was told that the manager would be getting back to me about it and even took down all my information but never contacted me. I will not be recommending them to anyone else or ever going back. After the way they treated me over what should have been a simple return/exchange, I wish I did not give them so much business to begin with. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

The costumer service here is unmatched and the store layout is clean and engaging. We visited today just to browse for Christmas gifts. My daughter stumbled across colorful biospheres that house African Dwarf frogs. A small aquatic frog native to parts of Equatorial Africa. Each biosphere comes with 2 frogs. Jordan educated us on care instructions and we found this be a very affordable low maintenance pet for a child. These frogs are adorable in pairs ! We were informed that we receive free food within the first year of owning the frogs. The lifespan is up to 6 years. Much better than fish. We enjoyed browsing the rest of the store and I scored some personalized ornaments for our Christmas tree 3 for $10.
