These guys were great! My daughter got a piece of rice stuck in the charging port. She waited until the last minute to have it looked at and the guys at the shop stuck around in the early evening until she could get up there. I had both my IPad and IPhone worked on and they did a good job in good time with a fair price.

I came in with a iPhone 14 Pro Max with heavy amounts of water damage. There was visible water damage in the phone lens. After going to the Apple Store and they said they couldn't fix it, he charged me just for the labor of cleaning my phone out. The phone still had issues, as I didn't ask him to fully fix it, just needed the water damage cleared and I tried to bamboozle Apple. Didn't work, they said 2 (non-essential) sensors were not functioning, so I was quoted $600 from Apple. Omar quoted me about $200. The issue with stores without an Apple Repair Certification is that they can fix your iPhone, but Apple sometimes likes to cause your iPhone to drop certain features. Also, water damage is difficult, as you never know if all the water is gone and there is no guarantee a sleeper water droplet agent wants to mess with your phone in 6 months. If he was certified, he wouldn't be able to set his own prices. Instead of telling me I should go through and repair my phone with him, he actually recommended me to get a replacement via my phone provider. I've never seen a place do something like that. He could have just told me that my only viable or reasonable option would be to get it repaired through him, but he actually helped me save money, even though it wasn't through him. Everything ended up working out perfectly, and Omar helped me get a nice discount with some sound advice, just to help out the customer. He also did a great job preforming the basics of any sort of technicians job, which is educating the end user. I didn't know that if you use your phone for a long time that the "water resistance" wears off, as its just a seal that can get damaged over time. This guy was seriously a great guy. I fully intend to come back with any electronics I have issues with that I cannot fix. He was super patient and caring the entire time. read more

It was glitchy, and did not look like an Apple screen. They have a 90 day warranty so i went back and only had to pay the difference of what the "high quality" screen was priced at. Before starting the job, he pointed out 2 components on the circuit board that were damaged, and he advised that the soldering job might not work. I asked him to do the soldering to see if it would fix my device. He was able to solder the wires, but the device didn't work due to the damaged components he noted before starting the job. However, he tried logging into my phone (by putting the passcode in multiple times), and made it fully unavailable, which sucks because I had to go through all this stuff to unlock it. 5 stars for being honest and fair. Couple months ago I brought in my phone which had fallen in pool. It was working, but not perfect. They offered to put in their dryer and suggested they don't operate on the phone as it could actually make it worse. They said, let's hope for best and see if the drier can do the job.
