Diane understood my needs and she fit me with the perfect sneaker that I aim able to use daily. I decided to return to the store two weeks later and ask for Diane again. She remembered me and I told her this time I needed an indoor outdoor slipper, that would work as well as my sneakers. Again she was able to accommodate my needs and I left the store with two pairs of slippers. The Olukai and Prophet are a perfect fit. I have had a few occasions where an associate was completely clueless, but, you get that sort of thing everywhere, so I can't hold that against them. They have a decent selection of shoes, but are lacking in some areas. Their children's section, INHO, is insufficient; we usually end up settling for something . And, for women, their wide with selection is poor, unless you're buying sneakers. At least 75% of the time, I walk out not finding anything. But my husband & older kids have had much better luck. As for prices, I feel they are on par with department stores. There are several competitors with lower prices, but that's usually due to poorer quality products. Also, you can get some great deals if you download their customer loyalty app. All in all, a solid place. Wish they had more variety & sizes, but would say that most people could probably find something they like here.

There are only 2 other Targets in RI and they are in Lincoln and Warwick. No problem finding parking, there are plenty of spots. The aisles were very organized and stocked. I saw many employees walking around the store restocking. I always enjoy looking at the Bullseye's Playground & Dollar Spot section to find $1, $3 and $5 items. These are a great bargain. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. There are self-checkout stations and cashier lanes. I went to a cashier and she was friendly.
