I was in the store for 20-30 minutes. I noticed this trend when any older lady came in. They only greeted the younger teens. They had personal conversations about the Hunger Games and Harry Potter while I was the only one in the store. On the other hand, the woman named Diamond was very nice and respectful. She noticed that I was not being helped and was not judgmental at all. I was put off by the other 2 ladies and felt that they were very unprofessional. I would love to find another comfortable brand of shoe that can handle long walking distances but I never seem to find much in my size. The styles are a bit pricey and too fancy for my liking plus the shoe section can be an absolute mess with shoes not in the correct spots and all over the floor. I completely disregard the clothes because a few times I've seen a sign that says an item was under $39.99 and then you look at the price tag the Nordstrom rack price tag, and it was over that amount so I was very confused by this. I also don't like the style of the clothing in here. It's just not my cup of tea but that's fine. It might be for others but they do carry the shoes that I need so that's why I continue to come here.
