I love Old Navy, especially for kids. They grow so fast and buying something at Old Navy means value ! I found this really nice floral girl's dress on clearance, which is perfect for my great niece who lives in the tropics. The store has a nice selection of sale and clearance items...the checkout process is not bad, just have to stand in line and wait for the next available cashier. read more

Old Navy is one of my favorite stores to begin with, but I find this location superior to the rest around here. The store itself is bright, clean and well-organized. They utilize the space well so it doesn't feel crowded in here even when it's busy. NO CREEPY MANNEQUINS. I hate hate hate hate the classic Old Navy mannequins with the creepy looking faces. This store just uses body mannequins with no face on them. It is so refreshing for people like me that have a silly phobia of puppets/dolls/mannequins and things of that nature. I feel like I can shop here and I'm not going to be attacked by some creepy looking thing. Dear Old Navy, PLEASE do to your other stores what you have done here! The employees here are always super nice too. They often compliment my purchases and make suggestions based on what they think I'd like. There's almost never a long line at the registers, and when there is, it moves quickly. The fitting rooms are pretty much the same deal, and they keep them really clean as well. Even though this store is in The Crossings, I usually don't have trouble parking, and since it's near the front of the plaza it's pretty easy to get in and out of there. read more

I'm not much of an Old Navy shopper but every once in awhile I find something. This location is convenient it's right in the plaza with everything near by , there's plenty of parking no issue there. The store is very very clean and everything is organized , I love a clean store. Even the fitting room was clean no left over clothes in dressing rooms. They have women , men's , and kids. They have a nice sized women's clearance rack I got a sweater for .67 that's amazing! The cashiers are also super nice , always welcoming and with a smile , which made me want to go back very soon. This location always has signs in the windows regarding sales which is great. Check it out and make sure you get to clearance before everything is gone , or before I buy it all lol. read more

Old Navy is a staple at most shopping centers. It provides clothing that may not last as long or fit as correctly, but the prices most often reflect that. It's hit or miss. This particular location, in Smithfield Crossings, is a disaster. It is SEVERELY understaffed, to the point where they don't even have a dressing room attendant and all of the rooms were trashed with piles of clothing. Had I been a thief, this would be the place to go. It looks as though half of their inventory walked away because nothing was folded neatly and racks were bare. (The clothes were probably in the dressing room!) It was a disgrace and overshadowed my need for winter gear - which btw - there was NONE. In January. This is New England, people. No one needs spring clothing days before our first snow storm. Ugh. The store was in such disarray, it will definitely make me think twice before attempting to shop there again. read more

I like the location of this store. There's always ample parking. The store is clean and very well organized. Staff is helpful and nice. I bought a few pairs of jeans for my son for $8 off mens clearance rack. Practically free. Clothing is inexpensive and made well. read more

Honestly I don't usually go here too often. The clothes are a little boring for me. I'm a bling bling kind of gal but they do have some great jeans. I love the rock star ones. They hug in all the right places. They also have some great priced workout clothes that are very cute. My only complaint with this location is that there is usually only one register open and always a long line. I prefer to buy things on their website rather than wait in line. read more

ZERO STARS Old Navy has lost me as a customer due to the lack of customer service and respect of this store's employees. I recently shopped at the Smithfield, RI store, as a buy online lick up in store customer. *When I got to the store I was waiting in the appropriate spot. After several minutes, the clerk (Kayla) told me to get into the sales line , which had grown during the time that I was waiting in the appropriate spot. Of course, I was told to go to the end of the line. This increased my time in the store. The very reason why I chose buy online - pick up in store. When it was finally my turn, I asked the name of the manager so that I could call and register my complaint. She refused to give me the name. I left the store quite upset and called the 800 number to voice my concern. They informed me that the sales person should not have told me to get into the regular sales line. I then called the store back and asked to speak to the manager. "Miranda" took no responsibility for the actions of her employee. She raised her voice to me and acted like a spoiled child. She told me," I apologized, what else do you want from me?" What I wanted was for her to say that her employee was in the wrong and she would be spoken to. Not to be placated by an insincere apology. read more

This Old Navy could use some work. I recently stopped in to look for a casual dress to wear to a small summer wedding. I was very lucky to have found a dress in my size in the clearance section, as for the rest of the store it was very lacking. I don't know if it's this location but it felt very empty. No one asked if we needed help finding anything. The dressing room attendants didn't even acknowledge me, they were too busy chit chatting with each other and looking at their phones as they sat amongst piles and piles of clothes that had been left in the dressing rooms. The worst part was trying to check out. The line was very long and everyone seemed to be taking returns and price checking everything. I feel there should just be one line for this type of thing and let the other shoppers cash out and go home. I did find a dress so I'm happy with that but I wasn't exactly thrilled with my shopping experience at this location. read more
