Yes, I live in Manayunk so it gets a home town bump! Philadelphia Runner (PR) in general has everything you need to get into or continue running. People often ask me what type of shoes I run in. I reply, why not go for a fitting at PR and explore your options. After all, what works for me might not for you. The PR team will walk new runners through their options and key considerations while providing whatever support a seasoned runner will need. I love it! I get my "supplies" here as well - gels for long runs and the occasional new shorts or shirts to look as good as I feel. They also host our Thursday night runs - all faces all paces welcome, 6:30PM every Thursday. Net - a few years since my last review, but still top quality from PR Manayunk!

This is the largest Salvation Army store and donation center within the Philly proper, and since its within three blocks of my girlfriend's house, I randomly find myself within here a lot so I can boost my thrifty pants style. Since its within the Roxborough/Manayunk area you do tend to find a lot of good products at bargain prices. I've scored everything from vintage Calvin Klein jeans and collegiate pajamas to American Eagle sweaters and Star Wars merch all between $3-12. With the frequency that they get and restock inventory, it definitely gives you good reason to visit regularly, and you run into a ton of colorful regulars who do just that.

Went to the 2nd floor and it was like a ghost tale that was the woman's department.The ranks was empty to tables was empty and so was the shoe rack. It was a great store wireless run over during all my lunch or after work to go pick up guests for my loved one. But this time I really couldn't buy any fake.There was no makeup , no pocketbook , no shoes and no clothes in your price range. Then the staff was all sitting around and standing around and on their cell phone. In the whole store it might have been about 100 staff in the store. They have some nice item in the store. I\nPicked up a pear shoes that was so sure , and the shoes was five thousand dollars. A puffy women's jacket that was polo was nine hundred dollars. No thank you. I just walked around picked the items.It was taken pictures. And some of the people went in here looking for sales and was disappointed.Wholesale and left file with no bags. When I shop at Saks and come on with a bag, I feel so great but at this time, I was very unhappy. I don't know when the closing date , but they are narrowing it down. The staff was even taking a scanner and scanning things with a self and asking about buying the furniture that was in the store , just absolutely sad and crazy.
