I never went down there but, from the windows everything looked beautiful. So many dresses. There is a pretty good clearance section upstairs. The store does have a staircase and elevators. There is a section upstairs for employees... lets call is the employee lounge/workroom. Anthro products are stunning. I love their dresses and cardigans. I love that they have a plus size selection. Their aesthetic really delivers. They have items for the home, accessories, jewelry, clothing, shoes, candles, housewares and much more. I had encountered a few staff members and they were great, even in passing when we were in the elevator. Now Anthro can be pricey, but I can see why. There are times I cringe at a price for a dress of a candle. But, I just tell myself it is not meant to be.

I go through self-checkout and don't really engage with staff to find what I need-- tends to be self-explanatory when you follow the signs around and they have the kiosks where you can search in-store now too. For immediate purchases, probably the best place at the best price point to look for things in the city. But if you have some time and the means, best to head to NJ for somewhere that's more pleasant to shop at.

I can fit my iPhone 6S Plus in my pocket! The material that the Relay's are made of seems to wick away the sweat so I can wear them in warmish weather and also on cooler days. They're stylish and ohh so comfortable with the drawstring too. I suggest hand drying them though. I've bought a few tops at Athleta too which I like and was very comfortable but wasn't of the same quality as the pants. I like that I can use my Gap charge card and Rewards here and that they offer classes, I think it would be fun to check them out! They were giving away free KIND bars and that was a nice touch. I also really like the complimentary tote bags that they give you when you shop with them! My only "2 cents" of advice: they have a great return policy but I would appreciate a bit more clarification on it. I exchanged two or three pairs of pants because I thought that was part of the return policy but then I was made to feel guilty for doing so... I think it's a great return policy but it would be nice if it was a bit more clear as to whether exchanging clothes is part of it or not because that left me feeling confused and unclear. I bought an XS, could have probably gone XXS if I'd been working out in these regularly. Tight legs, loose waist, just like every other Banana, Gap, Old Navy thing I've ever tried on! I was in the store for about 20 minutes. So why was the young black salesperson following me? Either the salesperson is racist against her own people or staff is trained to follow black people. Either way, it's not good. Needless to say, I'll never shop at this store again. My recommendation: don't shop in this store if you're African-American. Go elsewhere where you're treated like everyone else, with some respect.
