An unfortunate thing about TSS is you can't expect to find the same things every time you go, so if you get attached to something you may be in for a huge disappointment when you go back and it isn't there. The fresh fruit and vegetable section of this store is sometimes a little.. unappealing. I have to remove a star for all of the brown leaves on the greens, but there have been times when I got five mangoes for $1 and they were fresh and excellent so your mileage may vary. Keep an open mind!

The parking lot and inside the store is beautifully kept clean. Spacious yet small. The friendly employees make it so nice to shop there. I had my quarter ready to get a buggy and an older man gave me his. I tried giving him my quarter and he said no because someone had given him the buggy when he got there. So when we left I did the same thing and passed the buggy along. I spent about $25 on just meat which after bagging up I got 13 meals out of for our family. Spent $107.00 and got so much more than we would had at another store.

Not just "coming soon" but OPEN! Never been to an Aldi before today and had no idea what to expect…read more(except that it's a grocery store). Someone compared it to Trader Joe's but definitely not as they don't have grab and go type meals. They do have lots of produce, meats and cheeses, frozen foods, and dry foods plus some home decor items. For some reason, it felt more like a warehouse to me as many items on display were in their shipping boxes opened up to grab one or many. The store was very open with high ceilings and no wait to check out as it's mostly self-checkout. Advised to bring your own bags. Some brands I recognized and some I did not. I saw employees stocking inventory and some at a customer service register but not a one greeted me, so again not like Trader Joe's. I have since been told of some specialty items to look out for, so rest assured, I'll be back for the "red bag chicken" aka "the chick-fil-a knock off chicken". Per advice from a friend, "If done right, air fryer or even in the oven, it's so good!! We call em (and I'm gonna spell as we pronounce in Southern accent) Chickee-feelays. Or chickees for short ."

I stopped in today to get a few things I noticed whole chickens on sale for .89 per pound and most chickens were under $5 wow great price so of course I got a few. The produce were all nice and fresh looking so I got lemons and fresh salad fixings and a few other things. I also picked up some cute Easter stuff. They also sell beautiful live potted plants and potted flowers.

You can get boiled shrimp, fried shrimp, dressed catfish, catfish strips, filets, crawfish etoufee, seafood pasta, and more on the hot bar. If you love fried fish, I recommend going for the catfish alone. To compare it to Tony's, a pound of catfish normally costs $14 a lb and their dressed fish is $5.99 a piece. I personally enjoy the crawfish etoufee, crawfish pasta, the boiled and fried shrimp, and the catfish. Definitely hit them up if you're in the area. This price is only on Fridays.

They were just as welcoming today when I made the return as they were when I made the initial purchase. This speaks volumes about this company. It's one thing to give great service when it's being initially rendered when your receiving payment but it's another thing when a return is made.
