I booked services online and paid a deposit and I emailed them with no response. So I call and speak with the owner who tells me they switched systems and are overbooked and can't get to me for 3 days. I told him that's a huge inconvenience as I'm homeless and will be living in my car. I asked was there anything that could be done about the inconvenience and was asked what I wanted. So I asked if there's anything they can do for the inconvenience. Then he tells me he asked me a trick question as they have no options. So I said I want to book soonest possible and then he tells me in 2 days I can drop the car off for service. I told him again I'm homeless and can't just drip the car off that I still needed mobile service for Saturday as he originally said. Then he tells me they will just refund my money which means I have to wait days/week to get my money back to even book with another service and he said he didn't care that once any miscommunications or issues occur (even if it's on their end only) they refuse people service and cancel the appointments. I told him I asked questions due to being autistic and again he didn't care and hung up the phone
