I have had a family wash plan…read morefor a long time and in January of 2025 a second account was FRAUDULENTLY opened when the attendant asked for my credit card to look up my account since my fast pass was not working. The fast pass sticker rarely works and has been a pain point since day one of using this location. I have now been told by the very rude manager of their head office "Madison" that they will not do anything to rectify the situation, and that o never should have given my credit card to the employee. Their office is very accusatory and takes down to you to cover their own asses when it's very obvious that they opened a fraudulent account. I have over $540 in charges that they are not willing to rectify in addition to the $140 a month I pay for the three vehicles I do own. When I asked what vehicles were registered to what accounts, they refused to provide that information, only that the fraudulent account had not been used in over 10 months and that they would not be resolving anything in my favor. The head office people lie, say they are out of the office when they email you 2 minutes before then magically appear back to take your call, or they do not return calls or emails. Everything about this company is sketchy! Be aware, very very aware before you sign up for anything!!!!

There was a lot of dirt still remaining in the truck. The wheels looked OK. Although 2 wheels though shiny were still dirty. The engine was shined up nice but no one sees that. When I opened the center storage bin, checked the open storage compartments, checked the door panel open areas, along the tailgate in the back and around the doors they were ALL FILTHY and weren't cleaned at all. The carpet was freshened but I question if the fabric back sides on the seats were cleaned as there were still spots. I could have easily cleaned by truck better for a whole lot less money. This was not the expected detailing. Paying $250.00 for an upgraded subpar car wash is not Detailing. They were supposed to DETAIL the ENTIRE vehicle. Today (just 4 days after the detailing) we smell the smoke odor. Had this been properly cleaned, as promised, the odor would be gone. The promised to clean the headliner yet there was still dirt on the plastic on the overhead outside portion of both TV's. It seems to me they give it a good wipe down, throw some ARMOUR all on it for appearances, add some deodorizing freshener and it's done. NOT a complete detailing or car washing by far. So many key areas were not cleaned. Not a single cup holder, storage bin, tracks under the seats, overhead dirty plastic trim, rear inside window, none of these were cleaned. It seems to me all they did was deodorize. The sole reason for taking my truck to Millers was to have it cleaned thoroughly since the previous owner was a smoker. Still seeing cigarette ash and dirt after it was cleaned was a huge disappointment. Furthermore, THEIR employees were smoking just a few yards away from my cleaned vehicle! Perhaps the most disappointing was the fact that the owner, while a very pleasant gentleman, was looking over the truck and clearly saw the missed areas. I had no choice but to take the vehicle as-is due to their closing for the day and my having another commitment. Considering the fact that the owner was standing right there with smoking employees and saw the dirty tailgate area, I will never use their services again.

Mr. Miller seems like a great guy and his business came highly recommended but my frustration is he told me he could fix the problem, charged me to fix the problem and I paid $500. + to have it fixed it only to now be out of $500+ with a car that IS NOT FIXED. Do not offer a service you cannot provide. Do not charge people for work you cannot do. It is unethical in my book.

We paid at the entrance, chose the cheapest price, $8.00 and scooted on in. The pressure nozzles sprayed and splashed around our car, no touch machine glides around the vehicle. I noticed there wasn't much suds, the dryer didn't do a great job. Yet, anyway the pollen was swept off. When we got home we noticed there was still a lot of dirt this car wash missed. We doubt we'd try this one again. You get what you pay for, eh? But the gas prices were average for this busy intersection and there are plenty of pumps with easy access. The Uppy's convenient store is a great pit stop for snacks and drinks! The staff wasn't uppity at all, rather down to earth and friendly!
