Groupon had 22 five-star reviews from verified purchasers and I felt good moving forward. I've used Groupon many times and never been let down. I sent an appointment request through the company's website - seemed easy enough. Fast forward 4-5 days and I had not heard back. I proceeded to call them, which took MANY attempts to reach a representative over the course of a week. They said they were booked for three weeks but I finally got an appointment. On the day of my appointment, they never showed up. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited all day. I called both phone numbers I had found online and they went straight to voicemail. I left several messages. It's now one week later and I've never heard back from them, so I just requested a refund through Groupon. Don't even waste your time or money. I'm convinced all the reviews were fake.

The gentleman I spoke to was unaware that my appointment had not been fulfilled and was very apologetic and rescheduled me for that upcoming weekend. The day of the second appointment was a very different experience. I received a call from the driver that he was en route and would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. When he arrived he surveyed the rooms and was very confident that he would be able to lift the heavy stains. He was able to clean both rooms in about an hour and a half, gave tips on how to treat stains immediately and packed up and was on his way. The whole experience was very affordable and easy the second time and I definitely used this company again.

It's a vulnerable position to be in--to let someone put an eye on the paper you gather, but Stas worked with a high sense of professionalism. I trusted him.
