Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional. He helped us with our suitcases and drove us safely to the airport. The car was very clean and in great condition. Overall, it was very excellent experience. I will definitely book with them again.

The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

The first time we asked them to take us to NY PORT the driver was not prepared at all. We drove through all FIVE boroughs if NY trying to find access to the PORT and finally arrived with only minutes to spare. We had left Philadelphia like 4 hours prior!!!! My family also used them to get to and from Newark airport when flying to IRELAND. The driver arrived to pick them up after flying ALL NIGHT and this fool went to the DOMESTIC terminal, waited an hour and then left!!!!! IRELAND PICKUP should have been at the INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL!!!!! So my family was LEFT STRANDED at NEWARK airport with NO WAY home to Philadelphia and this limousine service stated IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT and would NOT reimburse the money paid!! This is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCONSCIONABLE!!!!! Our family WILL NEVER use SECRETS LIMO again!! EVER. If we could give you NEGATIVE stars we would. Shame on you!!! When my fiance and I decided to get a limousine, we really didn't know what to expect. We had never rented one or done anything like this. From the moment my bride-to-be made the first call to Secrets, we knew we had made the right choice. She spoke with Flo, who walked her through every step of the process. She was nice, fun to speak to, and actually engaged her in conversation. Subsequent conversations were equally wonderful. We changed the pickup/dropoff times more than once, and each time they made it easy. The day of the wedding was just as excellent. Our driver, Bryan, was super relaxed and level-headed even as the bride and groom were crunched for time. He came into the house, grabbed the dresses, gently tucked them into the back of the van and was a general help. Once there, he brought everything inside and simply went above and beyond the call of duty. Bryan listened to our suggested routes and changed on the fly, without as much as a peep of protest. On the way home, he assisted us getting in and out of the vehicle, even moving the van closer to our reception site just to make it easier on some of our less-agile passengers. Total professionals. Better than we could have hoped for in our wildest dreams.

We worked with the staff and other travelers to get him medical help and an ambulance was called to take him to the hospital. Unfortunately due to the time of day the limo service had no one available, so they told us to order an Uber and they would compensate us. So we ordered a $270 uber to get us home. We were very delayed getting home, but we're just extremely happy the driver didn't have his medical episode while driving us home. It was very nerve wracking. The worst part is that the limo company has refused to issue any refunds for the initial payment we made for services that were never completed or for the uber that we had to pay for due to the situation. We took care of their driver and they decided to treat us this way. We will NEVER use this company again.

We used Advanced Limo for my wedding transportation, and despite a few minor hiccups they were…read moregreat to work with, and by far the most reasonably priced of the various vendors I got quotes from. We needed bridal party transportation as well as guest transportation to/from the hotels and venue, and they were able to provide one-way transport instead of the "2-hour window" a lot of places require. (Note, I did the 2-hour window for one of the vehicles, and they were cool with me adding an additional stop for the end of night party). I ended up with 3 runs on the limo, a small shuttle (2 hours beginning/ end of the night), and a large shuttle (2 runs). My guests were transported nearly seamlessly (apparently one of the drivers missed the venue entrance, but to be fair I missed it my 2nd time seeing the venue). They made sure no guests were left behind! Also, major bonus, one of our guests got sick on the way TO our wedding, and they didn't charge me anything extra for the cleanup. The only issue I had was that the person I'd been communicating with was no longer at the company, and he'd give me some info about when certain amounts would be due that was incorrect, so we suddenly were requested to pay a larger deposit. It was annoying, but they worked with me to more or less honor what I was originally told. The quality of the vehicles was great as well - I was mainly in the limo, which came with multiple light settings, ability to plug in music, and an iced bar/cupholder area so we could have champagne on the ride! The shuttle I hopped in to the afterparty was extremely comfortable, I assume the other one was too!
